        Overall

        In general they are geat at getting glasses quickly, however some of the staff can be quite rude. I only go there so I can have my glasses that day!

        This is the 3rd year that I have had my glasses made at this store. Lexie, the store manager, Max and Malcolm were excellent in their service. I appreciate the effort they made in making sure I was a satisfied customer. This year I experienced a problem with the prescription from my ophthalmologist. I could not see out of them so I had to return to get my eyes re examined. Eyemart express remade the glasses without charging me. They definitely have my business! Thank you all so much.

        Terrible Service. Terrible attitudes. Ordered glasses - when I went back I was totally ignored. When I finally got help I wasn't asked to sit down for a fitting - no mirror to adjust glasses - not even a cloth to wipe my glasses. Will NEVER GO BACK.
