The absolute worst people in Columbia MO that's for sure. Put a down payment on a car there, ended up having some problems so we couldn't get the vehicle then they said they couldn't refund us our money. They're all terrible junkie losers. Beware.
Disrespectful. I pity this star for having to represent this business. They sell broken cars and lie repeatedly. On the phone, to your face, you name it.
Is there an option for zero or negative stars? The check engine light came on immediately after purchase which was the catalytic converter, which also means the dealer most likely shut it off to sell...which is a common trick. They refused to give me a refund. A week later the transmission failed. Great job guys. Keep up the good business.. I honestly dont know how these guys sleep at night. Save yourself the trouble and buy a vehicle elsewhere.Lesson learned...don't buy from Car Barn
We took three of our children to buy two separate vehicles from Car Barn and one just finished repairs and needs more before he can pass inspection. the other two children, had to get a new transmission within months. In spite of myself and their father telling them to not return, they went back and got another vehicle from Car Barn and it broke down as well within weeks!

Last year I bought a new 2014 Kia Rio. The sales person was awesome and the service department got my car ready for me quickly, even though they were busy. I have 28,000 miles on it now, have not had a bit of trouble and absolutely love it. I also get between 35-40 mpg which I'm thrilled about. Why is this car such a secret? I was comparing it against, pricewise, a Chevy Spark. That car is a small, gutless, toy compared to the Rio 4 door! Thanks for selling me this wonderful car!!!!!!!
