I waited SIX months for repair parts for my manual wheelchair. I was told they were ordered three different times, was told they couldn't order it until they had something else from my doctor (which they already had cause I hand delivered it to them), already paid my portion out of pocket to order the parts. Nothing but excuses, lies, and runaround. I highly suggest you use another company. My chair is dangerous to be in right now because of the repairs it needs, it's even worse after waiting six months for nothing. Customer safety is not a concern of this company.
I would not suggest taking your car here. I thought they were great a first due to there promtness. However, I had to bring my car back in less than a month due to the same issue. With my second time of business they were rude, misplaced items to my car and left a mess in my interior. I will never take my car here again. And am extremely displease with there service.
Horrible Cars! Customer Service is ok at 1st until you get the vehicle. I leased the vehicle for 12 days 7 out if 12 days it was in their posession being fixed. It wouldnt even pass inspection before i could leave with it. So i bought in a friday and didnt get to leave with it til monday by thursday my transmission went out. They offered another car but i wasnt interested in any other. Hell 1 that i did test drive the bumper was barely hanging on and it had no back speakers and ran like shit. So i decided to let them fix the vehicle. They had it until the following Thursday. Get the car back and 2 days later im broke down again on I70 with smoke pouring from my hood and oil sprayed and leaking everywhere. I called them i was told it couldnt be the pblm that he spent so much money fixing it. And was made to tow it in at my expense bc he wasnt paying for another towing. He came off very upset with me or like i was a lying complaining customer. I go in there to get my money back bc I was unsatifisfied. Steve also said that he isnt aware of the condition of the cars before he sells them. So basically they are cleaned up and put in the lot. Everything was good with the refund until i talked to my dad about how i should had never went to this company and should had went to another and that both towing companies informed me that they was always towing cars to Regal. Steve got upset that I said that and came in demanding me to stop "bashing" them. Umm im entitled to my opinion its freedom of speech. It escalated from there into a full blown arguement. Im currently waiting on my refund check from them that is supposed to be released in 5 to 10 business days. And Im afraid the way I left they will delay my refund. Which is illeagal. So just in case my father has contacted his primary lawyer to represent me if any foul play. I was informed that if it wasnt released in the time told to contact him for further actions. This Company has the WORST cars in town. Very Much A Joke!!
The absolute worst people in Columbia MO that's for sure. Put a down payment on a car there, ended up having some problems so we couldn't get the vehicle then they said they couldn't refund us our money. They're all terrible junkie losers. Beware.
Still not satisfied with my truck got it back I would not recommend this shop to any of my friends thay have seen what I have been through with this shop now I will only use ford thanks for the expensive learning experience.
Disrespectful. I pity this star for having to represent this business. They sell broken cars and lie repeatedly. On the phone, to your face, you name it.
Is there an option for zero or negative stars? The check engine light came on immediately after purchase which was the catalytic converter, which also means the dealer most likely shut it off to sell...which is a common trick. They refused to give me a refund. A week later the transmission failed. Great job guys. Keep up the good business.. I honestly dont know how these guys sleep at night. Save yourself the trouble and buy a vehicle elsewhere.Lesson learned...don't buy from Car Barn
We took three of our children to buy two separate vehicles from Car Barn and one just finished repairs and needs more before he can pass inspection. the other two children, had to get a new transmission within months. In spite of myself and their father telling them to not return, they went back and got another vehicle from Car Barn and it broke down as well within weeks!
