        If you have a kid younger then 7 dont move in.

        The floor boards in these apartments are very thin. My three year old jumps a lot when she watches television shows that get her excited. My downstairs neighbors can hear every single thing I do. If I walk they hear it, if I open my closet too fast they hear it. If something falls, they here it. I have to walk around my house tip toeing because I am tired of the complaints. Now I am being warned that I will be evicted if I can not control my 3 yr old daughter to stop running and jumping in her room. This is the worst apartment I ever had in my life. Do not move here. I repeat do not move here. Also repairs and maintanence are horrible. Rent is raised every year as well with no improvements to the building. Also they have no gym, no pool, or even a residents lounge.
