Sheraton Columbia Town Center Hotel

Never ever go to this hotel! Other than the noisy staff I they have serious problem with their accounts. My company paid for my stay and they still charged my credit card for it! On top of that, after a few weeks they charged my credit card again! (i.e. third payment!) I am calling my credit card company now and cancelling any payments from them. This is an incompetent organisation that somehow got the name Sheraton. DO NOT EVER GO TO THAT PLACE!!! I went there more than a month ago and I am still wasting my time because of them.Not to mention the lack of towels at all, loud environment, non-functioning wireless and noisy airconditions. If you still think of going there, don't be fooled that you are going to a Sheraton, think about going to a wooden hut and you won't be disappointed then.

My husband and I were attending a wedding at this hotel, and reserved a room in their block. The toilet seat was broken, wallpaper peeling, and remote was missing in the room. The couple having the wedding there could not get a list of their own guests rooms; management refused to do so. A group of our friends had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and their waitress was rude, her service terrible, and spared no words in telling them that she had "other tables." The staff in the ballroom where the reception was held had to be told more than once to tidy the dancefloor of debris before the reception, and failed to do it. They also locked the doors so that no one could enter before the wedding, and no one was there to let us in when needed. Finally, my husband and I were surprised to find a hold on our credit card for incidentals that the hotel failed to mention. For $125/night, we all were highly disappointed and will never stay with nor recommend this hotel again.
