I've been with the Chet Barker office for several years now and would never switch. Scott Range has been my dutiful agent, and he never fails me. He's always quick to respond and will go to bat for you in a whim.

It's comforting to know that in this age of technology, you can still work with a human who cares and are not routed to several different reps who are not familiar with your needs.

Coming from Geico, then Progressive, then a different State Farm rep in another town; I didn't expect to be treated like a king. But that's exactly how my wife and I have been treated.



We had just signed up with Chet when wouldn't you know it, my wife got in an accident. Her accident was 25 minutes away, in another state at 11:30pm on a Saturday. They had their own wrecker at the scene within 30 minutes.



They fought to get us the best repairs (read:more expensive) paid for by SF. Scott was kind and attentive. The repairs took longer than expected so they had to fight to make sure our rental was paid for after the date SF said they won't pay for it anymore.



We'll never go with anyone else.

Chet and his staff have been my insurance agent for 26 years! I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with this agency. People always tell you to shop your insurance, and every time I have, Chet can't be beat!

Scott has always been a great help every step of the way. Any questions or emails, and he replies promptly and thoroughly. He's who you want handling your policies!
