Always had problerms with making changes to my policies...the changes were not done properly and/or the billing was always an issue. And it is really hard to get calls back unless you were trying to purchase more policies.
When Yolanda is actually around she always tells you the right thing, but the office somehow does not get around to processing their paperwork. And if you ever have the "pleasure" to speak with Christina, you will actually see why nothing gets processed in that office. If you deal with them do it in writing because you will then have proof that policies were adjusted properlly and you will need proof.
Stay away from this agents office. Mistakes like not taking a vehicle off your policy and still charging you or not forgetting to actually follow through to have your automatic payment that you authorized so there is a gap in coverage are dismissed as minor...even when you emailed the information and got a response back. You will get messages to call the offices back at 4:59pm when the offices closes at 5:00pm. And be prepared to have to call multiple times before 1) either getting a return call or 2) getting someone in the office to pick up the phone after ignoring your questions. If you like being treated like your business isn't paying their bills sign up. But if you know you deserve better, find a better agent.
