I wish I could leave a 10-star review! I went in to have one of my embroidery machines serviced and they were upfront about what might be wrong, the estimated cost, etc. I asked them to show me their multi-needle machines and Nick went over all the details and answered every qeustion. I bought a Babylock 10-needle machine. Tim and Nick were friendly, personable, professional and just all around amazing! They run their business with the customer in mind. They are both knowledgeable and honest. They didn't try to "upsell" me the whole time...they clearly just wanted to get me what I needed, no more an no less. They delivered my machine after hours and even contacted me the next day to see if I had tried it out and what I thought! I will never go to another sewing machine company again and will recommend them to anybody I can!

I left my machine four days ago for service and possible repair. No one has serviced it yet. And when I called I was told I would be notified by email when it was done, with no exact date. I didn't know there were that many machines that had to be serviced in this area.
I had a bad experience with this shop from the get go. I signed up for a block of the month. The first month I rec'd a fabric pack which called for a template " B " set. I rec'd a " C " instead. I sent an e mail, they replied they were out of "B" sets, would send when they got more in. I rec'd 3 or 4 more monthly packs and another " C " template. I sent e mail, no reply, sent another and was told they'd " look into it.," Nothing. Then I got a message that my credit card declined, A store I shopped at had their syst, hacked into so my bank cancelled all cards that had been used there and reissued. I e mailed, reminding them of the problem and would not give then my new card no. until it was straightend out. I got another e mail asking for my new card no. Never did a thing to straighten out the situation. I told them I was done with them, cancel my BOM membership.They never replied, no apology, no attempt to correct. I'm giving one star because there's nothing lower.
They have the BEST customer service around and they are repair machines to tip top shape! I would highly recommend them!!

Anne couldn't have been more helpful. She showed me how to do English paper piecing so I'd have something to do during a 9 hour car ride. She and Judy (and two other ladies) helped me choose 21 coordinating fabrics for a quilt for my grandson. I was there for 3+ hours and enjoyed every minute!
