Make sure to get a written estimate. There is one tech that is really good, but the rest aren't and require way longer to fix anything if they are lucky enough to fix it without getting assistance from that one good tech. Find another company if possible.
This people steal your money!!! Don't use them if yu dont want to be disappointed. They charge $ 90.00 per hour plus materials. However the time is counting from their shop until they get to your place....45 min. to one hour..and they charge for it $90 (for doing nothing). Also they charge to go and buy the materials, taking as long as they can (2 hrs-3 hrs)) to charge you more money!. Be ready to pay $400-$600 for a very simple thing.
There is a reason this company has been in business for more than 100 years! I cannot say enough about the amazing service, professional attitudes of everyone I've talked to and their ability to fix absolutely anything. Highly recommend!
I asked them to come out to repair my freezer and when I told them it had been going up and down from -10 to positive 20 or even 30 degrees, the guy asked me to refill it with $1000 worth of product so he could check it himself for a few days. When I said no, he walked out and didn't turn around. Why would I want to put $1000 worth of product at risk for thawing just to prove to him that even filled it didn't moderate temperature well???? I'd already tested it for 3 days, why risk it longer? I have a probe that takes the temperature every 2 hours... isn't that good enough?
