I have been with TCF for over 6 years and I have never had any problems with them at all. Online banking is great and the website is easy to use. When I do go into a branch the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to friends.

I used The Eastern Colorado Bank for a construction loan recently. I had to do the whole thing long distance as I don't live in town yet. Everyone involved with helping me with my loan was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were always quick to answer questions. I felt the rate was very competitive and I would use them again.

I've had an account with this company for a few years never an issue until now.they have sent out New cards,the one they sent me went to a old address.I called to see why my current card wasn't working and was told this information then.I changed my address thinking they would just send me the New card.they told me in order to get access to my money I would have to go to a bank and get a New card.usually that would not be a problem but the closest bank to me is 7 hours away and all my money is on a card I can't use.they won't send me a new card via mail,they won't temporally open my old card,I can't deposit my money to another account.so my only opinion to have access to my money is to close my account and wait 7 days for my money to be mailed to me.
Crappy bank. Tellers are the nicest people in the world, but manager won't work with you if anything goes wrong. Extremely dissatisfied and am closing my account ASAP. I would highly discourage anyone from banking with UMB in Fountain.
