I've been using L and L for my service for 6yrs, they have always been amazing! From grabbing my trash from by the house when I've forgotten to take it to the street, to taking extra bags (when needed). When I had a couch that needed to be junked, I called and scheduled it's pick, they picked it up (it was a reclining full sized couch, very heavy). They charge 3 months at a time, for a low rate. One cycle I missed paying, they continued to pick up my trash for the whole 3 months anyways, and reminded me I had missed a payment. When ever I call, they are incredibly kind and considerate! They also know this city very well. My parents have been using their services for over 6yrs as well.

Here is the wonderfully service you will receive from Rocky Mountain Disposal! 3 different occasions they have picked up everyone's trash but ours and they are paid by an independent company that is current on payment. Not once, not twice but 3 separate occasions have left our trash a mess! I have personally had to drive my trash to the dump because they won't pick it up and we can't switch to another company because it's mandated through the HOA. Even after calls to complain there is no action taken.
L&L Disposal missed my pickup by 2 days. Each time I called, there was no one answering the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone I received the "Broken Truck" line. This is not the first time I had gotten this response. We will be switching service providers.
Never will use them again. They are rude. Put trash rift behind our vehicles ran over several time bunch of idiots
They should get NO stares, I have been with them for 4 going 5 years never had a issue, till today and i call to get an issue resovled and the office staff has no idea how to handle rhe issue but to be rude!!!
Been with Rocky Mountain disposal since '04 never had a problem. Lil hiccup now and then but always resolved. For the last 2 weeks I havnt had my trash picked up. I called and spoke to the receptionist and explained my issue. Told her that today (my pick up day) that the driver drove right by my can and when I called out to them they just drove off. The receptionist then told me that my account was on freeze because of lack of payment since August. It's sept 15. I explained that we never received the bill. All she said was "its not our fault maybe it's ur mail person". Now I've had the same mail lady for last 11yrs and never a problem with her or the post office. I inquired then if u didn't receive a payment then why weren't we notified or called. Never been late before! With an attitude she said "We're short staffed and we can't just call all 400 clients that are delinquent". I told her I get that, but I've been a very loyal customer and if there was a problem then a quick inquiry to the situation would be justified. She said, " it's not our fault, call the post office".being argumentative and cutting me off as I spoke she seemed not to care. She asked if I wanted to pay the bill I told her to take my payment. $19..............! Are you serious. 11 yr customer and your gonna let me go for $19????!!!! I'm in the customer service industry and I would have been fired if I had acted in this kinda disrespectful manner to a customer!!! Gave her my acct number and canceled my acct. She didn't seem to care either that I was gonna call the owner. When I started to read the other reviews seems someone else spoke to the owner and the owner said "oh well". Never want I'll will but I hope more ppl read these reviews and cancels their services. Subs then they will realize the need for loyal customers. Best way has better prices and customer service standards! Learn from this
Like many others I wish I could give them zero or negative stars!! See we just moved to the area, when a man from their company walked up to my front door and knocked. He was pleasant and welcomed me to the area and than of course doing his job, he proceeded to tell me about their special for service. I felt it was a great deal so I decided hey what the heck I don't have to spend the time tracking down a services myself so I signed up. With just moving I told the gentalman if he could wait until the first when I get a pay check he could bill me. All was happy he left I had service .... Waited and waited until the 30th came and I received a phone call from their office manger asking if they could take my payment that day because the first was a sat. I responed so sorry for that but I can't as I stated on the paper their would be no funds available until the next day. Rudly beth replied with " well than I don't know what to tell you we can't pick up Monday without payment today" I again said I was sorry but if she could bill me Monday it would be there. She again with a smart answer told me "sorry you will have to wait until next billing cycle on the 10th and we will deliver a can that day" I Said ok and kinda just dealt with it because it was outta my control. Today I expected a trash can and to be charged witch neither happend. So I decided to check in and see what was going on or perhaps she forgot about me. When I asked she rudely responded "NO YOU DONT HAVE A TRASH CAN BECUASE YOU DIDNT PAY" confused as to why she was talking to me in this manner when simply I've just been waiting over a month for trash service!?! I mean I just moved here and am a new customer is this the way I should be treated ?? When I asked beth if I could speak to a supervisor because she was being rude for no reason she responded with " well I'm the manger so you will just have to deal with me" ....... Dumb founded I said are you kidding me you are talking to a customer in this manner and I simply want my trash picked up because its been a month and my garage STINKS !! SHE TOLD ME IF I DIDNT LIKE IT SHE COULD CANCEL MY SERVICE............ WTF SERVICE ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ??? YOU HAVENT DONE ANYTHING. SHE RESPONED WITH HANGING UP ON ME AND THEN SCREENING MY CALLS AFTER! I refuse to be treated like that when I'm a new to the area and their are plenty of other trash pick up companies witch I tell you I called bestway right after this and tony was wonderful took my payment and is sending someone to my house to pick up all the trash that has built up because I have been waiting on rocky mountain to come for over a month !! Do yourself a favor if your new to the area get best way and forget the deal rocky mountain is providing it may be cheaper but the ppl that work their have ugly hearts and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !! I know I'm a manger of a retail store myself beth would be out my door quicker than you could blink!! If you read this (owner of rocky) do yourself a favor and get rid of her she represents your company in the worst way ever !!!!!!!!
worst company! I would never refer them to anyone. Left garbage all over my driveway numerous times. Some weeks, they wouldn't even pick up the garbage and if they did, they would keep the containers. Horrible horrible horrible
This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I spoke with Beth the manager, she was rude & totally unprofessional. I made the comment "you don't appreciate your customers, do you" she said "NO". Unbelievable, I canceled service called Springs Waste got same 95 gal container $12 cheaper. Thanks Beth
