We took our daughter for toddler time today. As the toddler time flyer was wordy, I had called to confirm a parent was able to jump and was told yes on two occassions. When we arrived we were told that the parents were an extra charge but the cashiers acknowledged that they had issues with other customers due to how the flyer was worded. They did apologize for the inconvience but I wanted to speak with a manager. When I did speak with the manager he let me know that parents were only allowed free entry to watch their child jump only. He had no intention to make this mistake right and I let him know that the cashiers even had told me they had issues with the way the flyer was worded. I was not looking for a freebie but all he had to do was apologize for the inconvenience and maybe comp an adult in good faith. Due to the way this was handled we will never return to this location. We work in the hospitality business and when we encounter upset guests, we do our best to make things right!
