I have shopped at this Walmart for everything from food, clothes, toys, and tons of items we use in our vacation rental home. I have not taken anything back without a receipt in a couple of years. Today, I went to take some items back such as TV safety straps, glue gun, and some other odds and ends I have been meaning to take back for a couple of months now. After searching through all of our scanned receipts and hundreds of receipts I keep stuffed in a gallon bag, I gave up and decided to take them back without the receipts. The cashier glanced at my bag and called up a store manager when I said I didn't have the receipt. The young manager said that they will only take back items totaling under $25. I said "oh, that's ok, I'm fine with store credit". She said no, we will only give store credit for $25 max. I asked her where in the world does it state that anywhere??? I have never heard of that before. She said "well, it's up to the discretion of the manager". So, I'm wondering, why did she decide I wasn't worthy of a refund? Was it the thousand and thousand of dollars that I have spent there? Was it the fact that I had not returned anything without a receipt in years? Was it the fact that all of the items were in pristine condition, in their original wrapper? Items that were still on their shelves, items that did not go bad or spoil? She didn't even want to look at them. Didn't want to be bothered. I haven't tried to return anything without receipts in a couple of years. Which I know she can check in their system. Really? This is how I'm treated after spending at least $90,000 here in the last 9 years? Scolded, like a child and for some reason not deemed as one of the lucky one's the young managers decide "worthy" of a store credit for $67 ! Not that these so called "managers" or "supervisors" could care less about customer service, customer loyalty or satisfaction, but I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS WALMART AGAIN! We will be taking our $10,000+ a year elsewhere!
I have had no issues with A Village Pharmacy. The owner and Assistance are very helpful and extremely polite. My meds are always on time and never out of stock. I recommend this Pharmacy to everyone.
Charged for something without my approval They charged my credit card for some reason for nothing...
I don't have any problem with the merchandise purchased but this company has a scam going. After my purchase I could no longer log into my account to cancel the membership. I sent an email over 2 weeks ago telling them I wanted to cancel and could not log into my account. I have not heard back from them yet but they did go ahead and charge my bank account for the membership that I want to cancel. If I try to log in from my Kindle tablet it will log into my account because I have the user name & password saved but when I log in there it says I have never made a purchase and they have no mailing address or bank information. They take all your information, charge your account and then lock you out of it so you can't cancel.
I walked in to use the bathroom in an attempt to prevent a panic attack before work. The cashier politely directed me to the back of the store. I told the young man the door was locked twice before he pointed in a direction which i misunderstood for being another employee coming to help . I let him know it was an emergency.By the time he unlocked the door I had removed layers of clothing due to the health issue,my clothes were drenched. After I entered the bathroom, another employee followed and told me they saw me TAKE something can they check my bag? I immediately said "Excuse me, I think I'm having a panic attack can his wait?, I don't trust you , Why are you accusing me of theft ?" She left the bathroom, 1 minute later she returned taking my bag off of the bathroom sink. After barely calming down I was able to collect myself enough to exit the bathroom. She blocked me in the door and a store manager dressed in business professional attire instead of the the Walgreens uniform, were finishing going through my bag only to find nothing at all . I let them know that this is wrong for me to receive such bad service in a retail pharmacy when having a potential medical emergency. When asking the manger was I racially profiled he threw my bag on the floor and then became very aggressive .He became argumentative as I told him I was leaving and reporting him to the BBB. He did not apologize at all for the accusations or for being so rude. He then proceeded to kick me out his store even though I was already headed out the door.I never had a chance to spend money because of the altercation and how uncomfortable it made me. I need somebody to look further into the way this man runs this store location .I feel harassed and I want to take this to the highest level possible . I moved here in the neighborhood all the way from the east coast less than a year ago . This is the only Walgreens close to me. I now feel like I can't shop there. I'm 23, married with 2 kids so if we need medicine, what will I do ? This is wrong .
As a family of 7, I've always counted on Walmart in keeping proper glasses on our faces. Life's too busy in worrying about jumping to different places in obtaining a written prescription, then filling it, with the necessary glasses that's so vital in living safe & happy. After shuffling around 2 counties, keeping 4 children out of school, we crammed dentist appointments, well check-ups, and finally completing a friendly visit, Dr. Kara Fedder, OD. I'm sorely disappointment at the lack of caring service, the Vision Department has. BOO!!! I will NOT return to your store. Cannot believe you would allow such nonsense. Your associate was very sour and lacking any caring judgement to the fragile state of feelings towards 3 broken frames!! Understand there's different insurance policies but to accept it on site & then deny it in your store is false security on it being convenient. It's shameful to turn away a family desperately trying to replace optical needs. Heartless!!!!
This walmart discrimates against the disabled. Son went here with support dog and was told he would have to leave for animals not allowed in as support dog not same as service dog. Both fall under same guide lines and both treated same under disabilty act.
I have been using this pharmacy for many, many years and have never received anything less than excellent service. They have saved me money on prescriptions by going out of their way to find me coupons that I didn't even know existed, they have dealt with doctor's offices that forgot to send in prescriptions, and they know me and my family and our needs. You can't find that at any Walgreens or Walmart pharmacy. If you want personalized service from people that care, this IS your pharmacy. If you don't care about who is supplying your prescriptions, by all means, go somewhere else.
Went here only to find they are less than a pharmacy... trying to support local business but when they refuse to order or stock a medicine why would I want to bring my other pharmacy needs to you.. why even be in business?
This is by far the worst Walmart in Colorado Springs! Yes I am including the Platte Walmart in this comparison. I would like to nominate this the new GHETTOMART!!! They are rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. This store smells like pee from all the homeless people who sleep in the door way at the front side entrance. There is NO security in the parking area anymore so they can save money, and it is common to be approached by homeless when you get in your car. I live within 1 mile of this store and I would rather be punched in the nose than ever go back. I actually told the manager this... "If you ever see me in here again, please punch me in the nose for being so stupid." The store manager is very rude by the way and couldn't give a damn about customers. Oh and they will NOT price match things at times even if you show them a lower price. I just can't speak negative enough about this cest pool of a store. I pray they one day It will close down... Sigh...
