Is it weird to love an appliance repair company?I would give this AMAZING company a ZILLION stars if I could!!! I have actually sat with what to say on this review and just HOW to say it. I do not normally leave reviews, but it is important to me that I convey my absolute love and newfound devotion for this Veteran-owned company as they literally saved us thousands of dollars AND were incredible throughout the entire process. We are stationed in Kansas but our home is in Colorado Springs. Our wall oven stopped working prior to our tenants moving in. We had a different repairman/company look at the oven, attempt to repair it, and told us we needed a brand-new oven. We were told by this first company to spend over $1800 (new oven, cost of measuring, install, removal, etc.).Something felt "off" about the diagnosis so we contacted ANOTHER second appliance repair company who was unwilling to help me from afar. They basically gave me the runaround and left me in tears.Enter Peak Appliance - these repair gods and knights in shining armor.Never in my entire life, have I experienced such exemplary customer service. Ever. Ever. Ever. The owner spoke to us numerous times and helped us more than words can say. My husband is deployed and he vowed "we take care of our own". I know he would work equally as hard for anyone. Not only did he figure out that our oven was repairable - but he saved us thousands and thousands of dollars in untold expenses for the installation of a new wall oven. Jim - one of the main technicians for Peak Appliance, worked and worked until he had an answer. You should not hesitate to hire this Veteran-owned repair company. They don't make them like this anymore - you guys are awesome!!I wish we had the proper words to convey our gratitude. We think you are just incredibly hard working, selfless and kind!!!!! We appreciate all you did for us - even though we are an entire state away.Thank you, Peak Appliance!
i wanted info on Vacuums and Dragons and I got Vacuum Cleaner Warehouse? (WELL THE CATS OUT OF THE BAG!) They say they are honest, but they use vacu…
I should have read the review of Cheryl E. before hiring them. I gave them the correct door replacement part for our Samsung Refrigerator. They ordered the wrong door, installed it until the new door came in. When they came out again to install the correct door, they complained that service fee was too low. Sorry, that wasn't our problem. The new door is off by 1/4 of an inch and looks bad. We called to have them come adjust the door. He said that all side by side doors are off by at least 1/8 inch. He also said that if it can't be adjusted they would be charging us a new service fee. We told him we didn't want to pay another service fee. So, they aren't coming out to fix it.
Very happy with this company! They fixed my oven (it stopped baking) in one visit. Very pleasant company to deal with and reasonably priced.
Excellent company! They have a former mechanical engineer working now as an appliance tech, who solves problems most other companies cannot. We'd had Sears and another local company trying to repair our Frigidaire fridge 3 times (!) to no avail, before our warranty company finally sent Appliance Works. Vadim did his magic and 2 days later (he had to get a part) our fridge is finally fixed!! Great customer service, easy scheduling and prompt delivery of the result. We highly recommend this company!
So, hired them to fix my washer... the worker tells me they will fix it by wed or Friday the latest but we had to pay for the part upfront... and we did. Cone Friday we get email & phone call confirmation but NOONE shows, calls or emails us. So after lots if phone calls & messages, Friday & Saturday ... someone emails Saturday afternoon & they are coming Monday to fix the washer. Well, after they fix my washer, push it to the wall & turn it on washing, they get payment of $120 from me.... after they leave 10 mins later the floor starts flooding everywhere because they forgot to put the drain hose in the drain!! So, I've wasted 2 days off work dealing with these people & they almost flood my whole house, yet they feel justified taking $120 payment. If your JOB is to fix washers I would think you'd know to put the drain hose hanging right there in the drain. I was going to try & change my reviews & not bssh but they feel entitled to $120 for flooding my floors, NOT showing at scheduled time & 40 mins.... ridiculous. Fix your mess upd, we don't mind paying for the part but $120 for ALL the extra work YOU gave us because we trusted you as a company??!!
We bought a refrigerator from this business advertised on Craigslist as a "10" which is their best rating for a refurbished appliance. They also gave us a 30 day warranty. We had bought this for a rental property and the tenant did not move in for 3 weeks. They discovered the freezer and ice maker did not work. After many calls and 5 appointments to repair the refrigerator over a 3 week period, it was never repaired nor did they refund our money or replace with another refrigerator. The owner finally said they would give us $25 of the $449 we paid to them and get it off our hands. So much for the "honest and ethical" advertisement on their website. We are very disappointed but all we can do now without incurring more costs is warn others of their false claims. We spoke to Brian Morse, the owner, who promised he would make this right on numerous occasions and he turned us over to his assistant Katie but we never got anywhere. They would put us off for a few days by telling us that the thermostat had been replaced but it needed a few days to adjust. Another time Katie told us they ordered parts and about a week later told us she was mistaken and that they were for another customer. Eventually Brian said the warranty had run out despite our first contact was before the 30 days. We hired another repair company and they deemed the refrigerator was beyond repair so we ended up buying another one and disposing of this one.
