I have been with TCF for over 6 years and I have never had any problems with them at all. Online banking is great and the website is easy to use. When I do go into a branch the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to friends.

I've had an account with this company for a few years never an issue until now.they have sent out New cards,the one they sent me went to a old address.I called to see why my current card wasn't working and was told this information then.I changed my address thinking they would just send me the New card.they told me in order to get access to my money I would have to go to a bank and get a New card.usually that would not be a problem but the closest bank to me is 7 hours away and all my money is on a card I can't use.they won't send me a new card via mail,they won't temporally open my old card,I can't deposit my money to another account.so my only opinion to have access to my money is to close my account and wait 7 days for my money to be mailed to me.
Crappy bank. Tellers are the nicest people in the world, but manager won't work with you if anything goes wrong. Extremely dissatisfied and am closing my account ASAP. I would highly discourage anyone from banking with UMB in Fountain.
Their banking system is inaccurate and will cause overdrafts on your account. I am closing my acct and going with someone else.
I have been to this bank branch three times, and each time there seems to be real problems. The tellers are unfriendly and the bankers; they are aloof; argumentative, defensive; nightmarish. There's one elder banker who claims to have worked there for twenty years (no wonder no customers go to that branch), and he is sooo obnoxious; just revolting. They absolutely all fail at this branch. If not for my realization that it is just this one bank and not all of Chase, I would end my relations in a heart beat. EWE just creeps me out to think my money is helping to pay their wages. They should all be fired! RUDE!
I have never been treated so badly by one of their employees at the fountain branch off of Mesa ridge. I was trying to deposit some cash and she was very rude to me because I didn't know I needed to give her a total of how much there was. Instead of simply saying, here count this and send it back. She told me she wasn't going to sit there and count it. She was a total jerk and I am going to call her manager and report her. I've never been treated so badly. I am sure there are many people who would love her job and appreciate having it and could be a lot nicer to customers. Wish there was an option for no stars. It's not okay to treat people badly!!!!

I will try not to be too negative here.. I'm still a client of PPCU even sometimes I am wondering if it's time to leave..Well, first experience was not good at all. A woman who was opening an account was very rude. But I still registered an account and decided to give it a try in spite of one stupid employee.I mostly use online banking services and as long as it is functioning well I am not coming to the offices. And online banking works just fine, convenient and reliable.Then I had to call and ask for a replacement card and since then it was pretty nightmarish.. I ordered one card and was told it takes 7-11 days to get it. After 2-1/2 weeks called again and this time was told that I have to wait for 3 weeks. Called after 3 weeks and was told that a card was probably lost, so second one was ordered. This time I was patiently waiting for one and half month (!) and still no card. Finally called again and ordered third (!) card. This time I was told about 7-11 days waiting time again. I don't know if it's just my bad luck or their customer service is a joke. But I just can not normally operate without a business debit card. Hope it finally works... If I've read a review like that before choosing a bank I probably wouldn't even consider it. I will give it another try because it's hard to find a good bank and takes time and research.
I cannot tell you how unhappy I am with ENT's service when it comes to home and auto loans. They make multiple mistakes and then won't do anything to correct the matter or even apologize. They pre-qualified me for a home and when I called to get things started, they said we had not entered all the info and dropped my qualified amount significantly to where I couldn't go with the home I had selected. As a 33 year member, I am done!
I HATE TCF bank!!! I am so sick of them stealing my money! Yesterday I made a CASH deposit, CASH! Which means it should have been in my account effective immediately. And today when I tried to use my card, it was declined. So I went in today and they said there was a "batch error" and "my money may go into my account sometime this afternoon, maybe". So where is my money now? In limbo? They are so shady! And they have taken over $600 from me in the past claiming my account was in the negative. I am getting a hold of their corporate office and closing my account tomorrow after work. I was unable to pay my rent and phone bill today because of them.
