If I could give this company zero stars I would. Definitely, do not rent an apartment from them. I’m convinced that they did not even review the residence before it was leased. The keys from the door did not work, when asked to be compensated for my time with the rental truck, they generated several charges to cancel out the extra money that their mistake cost me. Apartment was not clean upon move in date. The residence has roaches. They presented false advertisement about the washer dryer capabilities. Oven/stove is inoperable. And the list goes on. This property management company definitely does not do there due diligence and are not on the side of the renter. Only making as much money as possible for themselves and the property owner. I would recommend not to do business with and I will never again for the future.

Colorado Casa PMI is criminal and certainly cannot be held to any contract you may sign with them. Other than Nicole's bad attitude and poor business sense, the accounting is the most concerning: they don't collect rent on time, they dont pay your bills on time, they don't provide monthly statements. The company used to be run by Jorgette and Boris and it was great! That is until Jorgette sold the business to Nicole Reinhardt in September 2017. Since that time, Nicole and her staff, most of whom she terminates after a few months, have proven unable to manage returning a phone call or email, let alone manage the 400+ properties. I believe there to be 1 property manager on staff, Tina, since Nancy Harrison left. And I know of one other employee- Marie. Total of 3 staff managing 400 properties- YIKES and not at all possible. Nicole works mostly on developing the business, travelling to fun conferences and spends a lot of her time out of the office. For the most part she is unaware of the day to day business affairs. There is not an accountant on staff at present, since Kathy Meyer, the VP of Finance was fired earlier this month. Nicole has not shared that with her clients among other things she hides from those who employ her. WHAT A MESS! RUN!
I would give zero stars if I could. This company was great when we first started working with them but in three years have gone down hill tremendously. They violate renter/tenants rights and getting anything repaired is a joke. Make sure you email them repairs requesting fixed or they will deduct off your deposits because there is no paper trail and they can. Pet clean ur was taken from our standard deposit and not from the $1000 non refundable pet deposits we paid. They will prorate your move in rent but not your move out rent staying they are charging you rent for the days the cleaners and carpet cleaning company are in the property. Never mind you relinquished the keys 5 days prior to end of the month and on the date promised in your 30 day notice to vacate. Renters beware!!
As a tenant at Boxer Property I would like to Thank Corey and his team for always being professional and maintaining the building with the highest of standards. I get a lot of compliments on how well the building is maintained from my clients. I am a proud tenant and I love coming to work here knowing that if I needed anything that Corey and his team is always available to support us all.
Avoid this company for property management. Our tenant did several thousands of dollars worth of damage to our home. John, the owner, said the tenant was adversarial and would not send his people into our home but continued to collect our management fees. We are out of state active duty military, so we had hoped the property manager would do their due diligence in terms of maintaining our home. Nope!
I had the pleasure of having sprinkler valves turned off for the season today by Leo Marx. I paid for my landscaping which included fertilizing for the winter. He told me to read my lease and that it was not advised --i.e. I will not be compensated. He instructed me on how to repair certain minor details which should be repaired by the landlord (I also suspect he owns some of these properties and use tenants for free maintenance labor while we are renting). He is a greedy little man but has not been disrespectful. I think because I video taped the walk through and I treat him like a thief (nothing personal--just how I approach business). In fact, I video tape nearly everything (just a little advice if you get stuck renting from him). Most Colorado Springs landlords and management companies I have dealt with seem like old, nit picky, greedy little trolls...he happens to be exemplary but not unusual. So, blame the market which is indirectly influenced by the military. The military pays their bills for their members without question which seems to foster disregard for tenants and encourages greed. Human nature I guess.
Don and Company are absolutely amazing! I am so happy to have worked with them. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and they are so knowledgeable. I have recommended him to many others and I will for sure be using his company again when I buy my next house!
