I had a bad experience the first time I came, the menu online had the wrong prices. I went it, found out it was $10 more than advertised, was upset, got the pizza anyway and left. Loved the pizza (I got the Chicago style) so I got a Groupon, the Groupon says it is a flat fee which gets you a medium two topping pizza, an appetizer and two drinks, dine-in or carry out. I called and ordered this for carry out, go to pickup my order and there was a balance, the owner wanted to charge me gratuity for my carry out order, was mad I got it for carry out, said that was an error and wanted to charge me over the amount it said it was valued at. I was appalled, showed him the Groupon, and he said it was their error and I had to pay the difference. I will never come back. If you advertise a price, you honor it.

I ordered pizza 2 weeks ago directly from this restaurant. I called tonight and was told they don't deliver and that I needed to call "we deliver". My total should have been $32 & some change. We deliver tried charging me over $52 dollars for the same order 2 weeks earlier. Never again.
This is NOT the place to order from if you don't have time to babysit your order. This location has lost what little reputation it had (last year it was still decent); anywhere from Raw Pizza to no cheese on half the pizza. Once, almost 2 hours had gone by, before I had to call and ask where my order was; they said it was on the way. An hour later it arrived. Sure, they'll credit your account or make your order again; be prepared to eat 2 to 5 hours after, if that happens. If your complaint goes beyond that; and, you need to deal with the manager, "Candice" will gladly tell you that she "credited your account, or cooked your order again, and (meaninglessly) apologized", then she will hang up on you with whatever excuse she can come up with. I think every company deserves a few chances, but I've ordered at least a dozen more times since this began happening with the same result each time. Based on Google and Yelp reviews I'm not the only one
I ordered the daily special--slice and a salad. The salad was 75% dressing. The pizza was flavorless. I don't know how they're voted "best" over again. Not worth it.

This is the pits. Of course, there were no pits in the olives because they were canned. 3.50 for a slice the size of a centipede. Calzone rumored to contain ricotta but contained no ricotta. Complained. No refund. No good. Hell's kitchen is beyond redemption.
