I wouldn't go anywhere else!I've been Seeing Bianco & his staff for 6 years-5 pregnancy's, 4 Births and I feel like all my needs/questions have been answered, They take pride in their work & treat you like a "person" & not just a #. I highly recommend coming here for all your female needs. :)
The care I've received in this office has been outstanding. If ever I have a question or concern they are always on the spot or are quick to see me if ever necessary. Love the care they provide.
Compassionate Professional CareDr. Bianco's office is comfortable and professional. Everyone I come in contact with makes me feel cared for.
Didn't even introduce himself to husband just said you want me to break your water I said no I wanted birth to be natural appearing irritated left Came back later asked to break my water my husband asked why mom & baby are fine His response was to make everything quicker then proceeded to ask my husband what he did for a living and if he would like to deliver the baby They argued my husband told him to come into the hallway with him as not to upset me He continued to be an unethical jerk He came back apologizing he had a busy day ahead of him he was tired and he's really not like this at which point we told him his services were no longer needed Dr Ryan was great & delivered my healthy baby Dr Russell had the nerve to come to our room after delivery and apologize again and ask if he could do my 6 week f/u and discharge paperwork so it wouldn't be weird with his partners if you are planning on a natural birth or want a physician that cares about his patients I do not recommend this man
Dr. Russell is a very condescending man. I'm a younger woman who, at the time of my appointment, was engaged and couldn't conceive. Dr. Russell told me I "should be married before having kids", then proceeded to give me an exam for extreme pelvic pain before deciding, without the help of an ultrasound or surgery, that I was fine and I needed physical and psychotherapy. He also gave me no pain medication for my excruciating pelvic pain and a low dose of lidocaine that didn't even work. I got a second opinion that resulted in surgery because of a cavity defect Dr. Russell decided he was too smart to catch. If you're going to this provider for any type of pain or infertility, you might want to consider someone else.
I found out very recently that I am pregnant for the first time- still very early in my pregnancy. I am so excited! However, the staff at Front Range did not even smile about it. I felt very apprehensive going into the office for the first time, as I have never been to an OBGYN. I was not greeted when I came in. The woman who did my exam did not tell me her name, she did not congratulate me and she did not waste time telling me about possible birth defects all first pregnancies can have and even asked out of the blue if I was going to breastfeed. It wasn't connected to anything else. I told her again that it is my first pregnancy and I haven't really thought of any of this before. For my ultrasound she stood in my way and I couldn't see the screen for part of the time. She was telling me some medical jargon I didn't understand, which made me nervous, and then she would say "but you're definitely pregnant..." (Yes and you are scaring me out of my mind! What does that mean?) She also did not KNOCK before coming in the room both before and after I changed clothes. She did not tell me I could leave from the appointment as she walked out of the room, so I awkwardly started walking out, looked back at them several times, asked the front desk if I could leave and they said yes. The staff called within an hour and told me they forgot to give me paperwork I needed. I will not be going back. What a truly AWKWARD experience- I am sure that the main Doctors who work there are incredible, so I do not mean to bash them. But the staff I encountered needs to work on their bedside manner, especially with first time/ timid Moms.
Dr. Bianco is the best OB/GYN I have ever had! I feel so comfortable with him. He is very soft spoken which keeps me relaxed and a great listener. There aren't many doctors in the world with great listening skills anymore but Dr. Bianco goes above and beyond in everything he does. I finally lost the fear of going to a OB/GYN. Thank you so much Dr. Bianco- Thank you especially for being as patient and awesome as you are.
Thorough and very kind, he made me feel super safe and cared for during my surgery and after
(Initial visit on 4/25/14) Just finally got insurance coverage and I went there. I wasn't showing up as eligible so they told me that I could pay out of pocket and that I would have to keep checking my insurance until it became eligible and they would retro-bill it. I've worked in doctors offices for the last ten years and know that it takes less than two minutes to check the eligibility on my insurance so I thought that was a bit rude. After the first girl told me I didn't have insurance I was asked another four times if I had insurance. When I went in and seen the doctor I was in and out in ten minutes. My mother and grandmother both had/have ovarian cancer. Dr. Richards never addressed that with me, or anything else. She pushed the gardasil vaccine (which is approximately 300.00 per visit and it takes three visits). She wrote me a prescription for a birth control that costs $170.00, and even after I was covered by my insurance, the insurance company won't cover that. When I called the doctors office back they told me I need to find out what birth controls my insurance would cover. I've never told a patient that, nor would I expect them to know. In my office we would look it up for them, or work with the pharmacy to find out what is going to work best. I have never been so frustrated in my life and I will never go back there again. Update on 5/8/14- They sent me a bill for an additional $170.00 that was not mentioned to me when I had stated several times that I did not have insurance. Their total bill with office visit was $375.00, when I went to planned parenthood four years ago my total visit was $200.00.
