The True Green Lawn Specialists seemed to be knowledgeable and professional and took care of business as usual. My lawn is greening up beautifully and that excited me.

Always polite and complete. Explain what they plan to do and then discuss any issues or concerns after they are finished.

Your service specialists were always courteous and listened to my questions and answered them promptly. My lawn looked really good this past year. The weed control was very god as well. I usually got a call a few days prior to when the service was to happen, it gives me a chance to cut the grass prior to service and rake up my pine needles.

Jeremy Penn and his associate did a very good job with the aeration/overseeding. The Trugreen representatives are always courteous and professional.

After hiring TruGreen to take care of my lawn 3 years ago, I've noticed the improvement and fullness of my lawn. Weeds are gone, grass looks fuller and healthier and overall my lawn looks beautiful every year I get the treatment from TruGreen. There is just a few spots where I noticed need more watering thus my lawn is getting drier quicker but I just have to fixed the sprinkler on that specific area and I'm sure it will turn greener.

So far this year, the service has been outstanding. The service has been on time and the servicing technician has been very competent and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied and pleased.

Jason is always good to write/type ;-) a personal note about our lawn after he has gone through the spraying process. While I haven't talked to him personally, I get a call from Hdq the day before that the service is the next day. And then the note from Jason about what he found and what he recommends until the next servicing. I appreciate his attitude and friendliness. Good qualities!

The service was accomplished professionally and the individual was very thorough, friendly and courteous. Additionally, he offered me helpful advice on caring for my lawn and when I questioned him concerning the name of one of my trees, he acknowledged that he didn't know, but he would find out. Later the same day, he called back with the name of the tree and details concerning it.
