        Overall

        Chris and Carl did a excellent job on replacing my furnace, water heater and a/c. I gave them 5 stars because they got everything done in a timely manner and were friendly and explained everything that was being installed. I highly recommend them both.

        Overall

        Our furnace was not working properly so I called WireNut. They sent out Charles Dozeman. He explained what the problems were so I could easily understand. I appreciate the time he took and the options he provided, so I could make a decision. He was very knowledgeable, personably and friendly. He explained next steps as well. The next day our furnace was installed and the 2 installation technicians they sent were great as well. I would use this company again because of the great people they have working for them.
