Springs Waste Systems

Laziest trash service in Colorado Springs. Won't pick up your trash unless it is perfectly positioned on your curb, and forget about pick up on windy days, because if you try to leave your cart next to the house or position it right next to your neighbor's so it doesn't blow over, they just drive on by. Watched them do it today. Switching my service next week. Waste of money.

I would like to thank our garbage man for going out of his way to roll my extremely full garbage cans out this morning, and taking my trash!!! This has been an extremely hard week for my family with my husband being deployed and I really appreciate him for going above and beyond his job!

I am so happy with Springs Waste. My first pickup was amazing. I almost missed the driver but the driver seen me bringing my trash out came back around the alley and grabbed the trash. I am very impressed with Springs Waste Systems!

I JUST WANTED TO GIVE A KUDOS TO MY DRIVER – SOMEONE LEFT A LARGE BOX WITH PAPER IN MY DRIVEWAY AND THE DRIVER PICKED IT UP. I REALLY APPRECIATED IT. YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN MY 3RD PROVIDER AND BY FAR THE BEST AND THAT’S NOT TRASH!

they are not very reliable, I have to call the next day for them to come pick up. on the day they are scheduled to show they dont get by tell almost 5pm if at all. just not reliable

I sometimes have an extra barrel along with your provided bin. The man who picked up my trash this morning put the extra barrel inside the bin so it wouldn't blow away. Kudos to your employee!

I have been so impressed with all the staff at Springs Waste Systems… from the office staff to the drivers – I am glad we made our switch! Wendy was such an angel.

Just a note to say that I happened to watch your waste guy retrieve our trash this morning. A small piece of paper fell onto the ground. I was impressed that he noticed it, got out of the truck and picked it up. Little things like that make a big difference. Keep up the good work... whoever our pick-up guy is!

I just wanted to thank Springs Waste Systems and the driver that services my area (3005 Drakestone Drive). I love this company, because the rates are good, and the service is great. If I put out larger loads, the driver always takes it. Every time I call in, the phone reps are very pleasant and helpful. I recommended this company to my daughter who just bought a house. Thank you Springs Waste for being the best trash removal company in Colorado Springs with the best customer service!!
