I had Roto-Rooter come out today for a sewage backup in my bathtub and toilet. Making the appointment was very easy. Craig Wright showed up and had the problem diagnosed and solved within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and gave me many good tips on how to prevent this problem in the future. He recommended using a product called Pipesheild which is only sold by Roto-Rooter. I was very happy with his professionalism and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
I had Roto-Rooter come out today for a sewer backup in my bathtub and toilet. Setting up the appointment was easy which I did at 10 pm for the next day. Craig showed up and diagnosed and repaired the problem within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and gave me many good tips on how to prevent this kind of problem in the future. He recommended using a product called Pipesheild only available through Roto-Rooter. I was very happy with his professionalism and would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. I will definitely use them again.
I had Manuel Agulera and Chris McCarthy come out to install a new kitchen faucet and flush my tank-less water heater they were both extremely professional, both very knowledgeable. I will call them again in the future when I need plumbing work done. Great Job!! Manuel and Chris. Thank you so much.
Go with another company. I booked a simple service appointment a week in advance. I took an afternoon off work. They were supposed to show up between 2-4. They called at 430 and said they would need to cancel and come out the next day. The next day I called and they refused to give me a good timeframe. I was told my dispatch he didn't have any knowledge of where the technicians were and he hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. Complete waste and disregard for me time. Save your time and go with another company.
We had a kitchen sink drain blockage. I tried to correct the problem myself but the blockage was beyond my capabilities. I called Roto-Rooter Friday morning at 8am and had a technician out by noon. The customer service employees were very helpful and called me several times to give me updates as to when I should have a technician out here. I received a phone call when the technician, Zach, tech number 2703, was on his way. He showed up in less time then I was quoted. I couldn't have asked for a more polite, professional, and thorough person. He assessed the situation not only at the kitchen sink, but also at the clean-out in the crawlspace to make sure the job was being done correctly. He brought in material to keep our hardwood floors clean and protected and left without any cleanup work needed on my part. He also explained exactly what had happened to cause our problems in the first place. I will definitely ask for him again!! Very satisfied!!!
I had Roto-Rooter out yesterday 10/03/14 Tech 3778 Bill arrived at the time I had set and fixed my problem in no time at all. Bill was very polite and knew just what to do. Cleaned up after himself and gave me pointers on how to avoid future problems. Very happy with the service and with the tech. Will be sure to call and ask for Bill if I ever need service again!
Didn't have any issues with the customer service from the appointment scheduling or the gentleman to tell me that the technician was 30 mins out. However, when the "technician" was to be here between 8-10, he actually arrived around 10:20. Not that being late was a huge deal but the "technician", Stephen, was everything but professional, polite and personable. I can typically repair or fix a great deal of items in or around the house. When Stephen arrived I showed him where the leak was, showed that it started flooding the basement and ruined a part of my dry wall since he inquired on where the damage was. Then I thought I would lend a helping hand by holding a flashlight for him to see where the damage was and his response was "......I don't need that". So I went about my business and he gave me the estimate and he started telling me about the possibility of mold/mildew that could occur. I politely acknowledged that I already knew about it and I knew how to take care of it myself. No response was made from him. He went to the store for the parts, came back I noticed he purchased about a 5 ft piece of pvc piping along with some additional fittings and when he was finished repairing, he explained what he did and I said thank you and I appreciated his assistance. He brought the bill for me to sign for the work and the purchase of parts (I never did see the actual receipt from which ever store he went to) and then I inquired about the additional pvc piping and he asked if I wanted it and I said "If I'm paying for it then yes, I would like to have it". He shrugged his shoulders and brought me the remaining 3.5 to 4 ft pvc from out of his van then left.
I have installed a water line in my own house for my refrigerator for the ice maker and re-ran the water lines underneath my kitchen sink just within the past month. I may be a female, but I am very well capable and knowledgeable of certain items and I should not have been degraded as such for being a woman. I don't know if I'll ever call Roto Rooter for any future plumbing issues or not, however if I do; I will specifically ask to not send this "technician" out to my house.
The main office called to let me know the technician would be running a little late due to availability. Once Bill the technician arrived he assessed the problem and let me know the cost. He even let me know how much more it would cost if he had to go a step further. Bill was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and very clean.
Although the technician, Craig, arrived at 6:40 (had scheduled a 4-6 slot), he informed me of everything he was doing, talked me through the process, and cleaned my sink out within 30 minutes. I was struggling by myself, but he was professional and helpful.
I could never find a cost for everything, and after reading the reviews on here, I also feel a little overcharged. I had bought an auger for 25 bucks last night, and I was about 15 feet short of the blockage, he said. So if I had just upgraded the auger, I'd be fine. Sure, a little pricey, but hopefully this will NEVER happen again.
We had backed up sinks, clogged drains and roots in our main. We called Roto-Rooter and had a serviceman named Zach S. come to our house and he was very freindly, Extremly efficient, and knew what he was doing. On top of that, Zach was tidy. He brought mats to save our floor, and was careful not to get pipe-stuff all over the place.
I'd highly reccomend this service as it was a very plesent experiance.
Craig was very professional, personable and knowledgable and tried very hard to fix our problem. Sadly it wasnt fixed in this visit but not from lack of trying on Craig's part. He showed up first thing on a Sunday morning and got right to work. Given the remote location I was impressed that he was able to find it without additional directions

After initial call to Roto-Rooter in Colorado Springs, Jason Silverberg was here in about 45 minutes, He was polite, professional an after looking at the problem, knew what to do. He finished in a reasonable time and made sure that line was clean and cleaned around area he snaked out. I have always used Roto-Rooter and the service this time was exceptional. Young men like Jason are a pleasure to have in the house even with the mess we had. I felt comfortable with him here. Thanks again. Carolyn Bassett

Just received excellent, timely, and thorough support from Roto-Rooter. Craig, the Plumber, was excellent when here. Very personal and professional. Best in Colorado SpringsThe call-in service was also very helpful and attentive to the problem, and executed very quick service for our plumbing line problem. Will certainly go back to Roto-Rooter for any future problems.

My sink was blocked and I called Roto Rooter at 8 pm. They answered the phone quickly and offered to send someone out that night. I decided to wait until the next morning, and a technician was at my house when they said they would be and cleared the blockage quickly.
