        I chose Pella Windows because Connie Faulkner was easy to work with and understood my financial and design needs. I had two fellows from Anderson come to my home first. They tried to sell me more than I needed or wanted. Connie has a knack for listening and caring about her customers. And she knows the product. I felt safe with Paxton Mortensen when he did the measurements. He answered all my questions and was professional. Robert Martin and his partner did an excellent job of installation. Clean and efficient. I'm glad I chose Pella.
