Musolf Dental Center

My daughter had to have a flipper made, and it broke right away because the lab that Musolf sent it to did a poor job. The part connecting the tooth to the mouth piece was very thin. I said something at the time and Musolf told me that was the best they could do or it would not fit in her mouth. Sure enough, about a month or so later, the tooth fell off. I asked Musolf to fix it free because it was poorly made. She refused and wanted to charge me full price. So I took it to another Dentist (Not in network for us) and he sent it off to his lab and had it fixed for free. (Even though it was not his mistake or problem) Low and behold! This time the connection part was much thicker.... and fit in her mouth just fine. I called Musolf to let her know that maybe she would want to switch labs because it was fixed and was better than before. She was mad that I "went over her head with another dentist". She called the other dentist. Turns out it was the same lab! If she would have just called them, none of this would be an issue. However, she did refund me the cost of the flipper and kicked my family out of her practice. (I did not know this until I tried to make the follow up appointment for her to make the permanent implant. At that time, I was informed she would no longer see us, and that a check was in the mail) Wow! Too bad she can't handle herself better. I was very polite and just inquisitive. I was not rude or heated in any way. I am glad I found this out before she made Jade's permanent implant tooth- she obviously does not stand behind her work. So sad

As a person who did not have much dental care in the past because of shear terror, Dr. Musolf and her employees were my saving grace. She helped me get over my fears and helped me receive a beautiful smile. I am forever grateful for their nonjudgemental, caring and patient attitudes.

Being part of the dental community since 1994; I confidently rate Dr. Musolf and her team exceptional. Patients are treated with individuality, patience, and care. Dr. Musolf's office is beautifully decorated: not too masculine or feminine, yet very modern, comfortable, and organized.



My mother has a very complex dental history, and has avoided seeking dental treatment for close to 15 years, until today. Dr. Musolf and one of her assistants, Heather, spent a great deal of time with my mother and I - all questions were answered, and Dr. Musolf's enthusiasm and spunky personality - left my mother with an assured feeling of being taken care of. I am elated to see my mother partaking in her dental health again, and know that she's found a good dental home.

My 11yr old daughter has always been quite wary of going to the dentist and was terrified of the overglorified "shot" that accompanies all fillings. Her first visit to The Musolf Dental Center was to have two cavities filled and Dr. Musolf was AMAZING with her. Dr. Musolf put her immediately at ease and my daughter never even realized she had a shot til it was over. I recommend this office to everyone especially yhose with nervous or anxious children. The hygienists there are great along with all the other employees. I haven't been to an office like this in a long time. I have nothing but great things to say about this office.

I would definitely not recommend this woman to ANYONE, especially children... she will have them frighten to ever return to a dentist.
