I purchased a suit for my wedding at Jos A Bank at the Briargate location in Colorado Springs and had my groomsmen rent a tux also. My suit had to be fitted 3 separate times before I decided it was close enough and got tired of having to come into the store over and over. I was also told by a store employee that my upfront charge for my suit covered everything including the tailoring but when I picked up my suit I was told that I still needed to pay another $45 for the tailoring.

Only 1 out of the 6 groomsmen didn’t have a problem with Jos A Bank. One had his vest come in 3Xs too small, one only had his shoes show up when he was told to pick everything up, one didn’t have his tux come in on time until the day of the wedding, one had a shirt that was way too small and the proper one didn’t get in unit 3 hours before the wedding (he had to wear one of his own personal shirts instead), and one asked to pick up his tux from the Colorado Springs location but it was shipped to the Denver location instead.

All of the groomsmen were initially charged different amounts ranging from $90 to $160 when I was told it should be $130. I believe this issue was sorted out but it was just another thing wrong. Everyone had a hard time just finding the account for the wedding party. One found everything under the best man’s name and the brides name.

Overall we all couldn’t believe how terrible everyone’s experience was with Jos A Bank and I personally will never shop at Jos a Bank again.
