Great customer service! I went to Front Range Honda for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there I was greeted right away and my advisor took me to the new waiting area. I was really impressed with the customer service and the free coffee and donuts. I felt really comfortable and the new showroom was really nice. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They didn't recommend anything that I didn't need and they even told me I didn't need to have my tires rotated until my next visit. Now that is great service! Thank you Front Range Honda, I definitely will go there again (not just for the free coffee and donuts)!

Talk about ripped off. These people are the masters. Not only had a frustrating, malfunctioning KARR alarm system activated and charged double for, but was told I HAD to have it on but later on I found out it was an option and I was lied to. I got a used Accord and it was a lemon. Electrical problems from day one, no ""source"" could be found, so $2,200.00 warranty wouldn't pay for anything. I work for the government and had to transfer and in my new state the problems continued. After throwing in the towel and trading it in, I was out $8,000, only had the car 5 months. Thanks Honda, let's stick it to the working class! So much for standing by your product.
A salesman at Front Range Honda named Michael Collins tried to sell me a car today. He quoted me a price of $7,900 and made it seem like he was giving me some sort of once-in-a-lifetime deal. I went home to think about it and decided to visit Auto Trader's website to see if there were any better deals. As it happens, Front Range Honda had a listing on Auto Trader for exact same car that they were trying to sell me... only on Auto Trader, they had it listed for $6,449, nearly $1,500 less than what they were trying to sell it to me for. While I don't expect 100% honesty from a car dealership when it comes to price, I do expect the same information and treatment that any other customer would get. It seems as if they thought that they could take advantage of me by trying to raise the price by over 23% than what was advertised and offered to other customers.
If you are out there to buy a NEW vehicle, try other dealers first. Since these people will try to sell you a car for higher value. Also during my visist SALES person and manager tried hard to sell me something that they wanted out of their lot. Like old year hondas to get rid of them and make room for new years. NOT RECOMMENDED.

They tried to sell a used demo to us for NEW pricing to begin with, it even had an old grocery list and trash in the glove box. It was overpriced by several thousand. When they went to ask about financing after getting the price proper, they tried to get a loan for $13k on top of the deal we agreed to. Of course, that was turned down (it almost doubled the cost) and when the bank sent a counter offer, only they told us the bank wouldn't finance us. We got a letter from the bank the following week showing our denial of their counter offer, which was $1k more than the deal we agreed on! They set out to scam from the start!

Best car buying experience I ever had. I have been to many dealerships and had the most horrible experience. The minute I arrived I was greeted by a friendly salesperson. I really hadn't plan to purchase that day but I knew I was getting the right vehicle for the right price. I was taken back by how friendly everyone at Front Range Honda was. They certainly will have all my business in the future.

Front Range Honda has the best customer service!! Right when I got there I was treated like I was the only customer in the store. My salesperson listened to my needs and was very low pressure. I appreciated his honesty and not only did we buy a car, we bought two. We also have both of our vehicles serviced there and have had nothing but great service. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a vehicle. I think they do a wonderful job and everyone should know about it. They have continuely provided us with excellent service!

I would have to agree with the first review. They are marked way above MSRP. I had to pull up the manufacture site to show them. They wanted monthly payments of over $500 to LEASE a 2007 CR-V.
When the sales rep started playing the ""you wait here and Ill talk to my boss"" game we got up to leave. Our exit was blocked by management. We were told about all the benefits of owning a Honda and we should be glad they even have any CR-Vs left for us to lease b/c they are ""flying"" off the floor. We told him we do not agree to the terms and are not wanting to spend hours there playing games. The manager then became very rude and said, ""well I am just assuming you have excellent credit anyway since you are looking to lease."" We walked out and will not return.
