Enrichment Center-Gracepointe

Some of the staff are ok. However there are several who are down right rude to parents. We have had several instances where we have felt our child was not the top priority, instead we feel all they care about is that the enrichment center gets their money every week. The facility is run down and when I pick my child up I feel like I have to give my child a bath right away. They always come home all sticky. Many parents we have talked to feel the same and are desperately trying to find other daycares. The problem is that there are no open spots available at other daycare centers so parents are stuck at this place. I have already put my child on other waitlists and cannot wait to get my child away from the enrichment center. Children deserve much better than these people have been providing.

They do several activities theoughought the day and my child always has a stack of drawings and pictures that have been colored. But that does not outweigh all the other negatives about this place.

I think the staff in the infant and toddler rooms are fantastic. They are nurturing and great with my kids. They are the best at helping to potty-train. My son was potty trained with three weeks of starting there. The center is clean and organized. The lesson plans are pretty cool. My kids really love this day care. I recommend this day care to everyone.
