I ordered a large thin crust and dozen wings. The wings were alright but the pizza was horrible...the crust was almost stale tasting probably could have broke a tooth if i wasnt careful and the cheese stuck together instead of pulling apart like melting mozzarella is suppose to. It also cost me $42 which is ridiculous. I could have went to Little Ceasar's for their $5 cheese pizza and been happier.

Several months ago we found this place on 8th street in the shopping strip behind Popeye's and La Casita. We stopped in for their lunch buffet on a whim. The Italian beef, homemade sausage and marinara sauce were very good. We discovered they make Chicago style deep dish pizza, and just recently returned to try it out. It was great! It is truly deep dish, filled with fresh ingredients. The crust was fabulous, true to the Chicago style, crisp and delicious. By far the best pizza in CSprings, and yes we have eaten at the popular chain restaurants and several smaller eateries. Hint-if you don't want to wait an hour for your deep dish pizza to be baked, you can call ahead and it will be piping hot and ready when you arrive.

A friend and I just went to Billy's for their lunch buffet - I really don't know where to start; the meatballs tasted and smelled like rolled up dog food - the ""Italian Sausage"" tasted as though it was made from remnants at a meat packing plant - there was marinara sauce but no pasta and only one slice of pizza on the buffet for most of the hour that we were there and that was just the food! The restaurant itself is absolutely filthy along with the plates and silverware AND THE KITCHEN is beyond disgusting - I have no idea how they haven't been closed down by the health department. Save your money and your appetite; RUN! RUN AWAY! AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

I recently moved here from Chicago, I went to BORING BROTHERS pizza, and got sick, I tried several other pizza places. Someone recommended Billy's I felt like I was back in Chicago, the one who wrote the bad review probably thinks BORING brothers has great PIZZA. they use HORMEL sausage , GOOD GRIEF, they don't even use real cheese. The food at Billy's is really good, its fresh. They don;t have a three page menu but I don;t want one if I am going for pizza. IF ANYONE wants CHICAGO PIZZA, go to BILLY's if you want junk go to BORING BROTHERS.

Unlike the other gluten free pizzas in town, Billy's makes a full-sized pizza for you. All you have to do is bring in your own dough! They roll it out by hand and add their yummy sauce and toppings. While I appreciate any gluten-free pizza offerings, Billy's makes eating pizza a real treat and allows those of us who have gluten allergies a chance to feel normal. Thank you Jim! We will come back on a regular basis with our own ready-to-roll-out GF dough ! Thank you, thank you!
THE BEST - I MEAN THE BEST CHICAGO STYLE FOOD AROUND. I CAN NOT PRAISE THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!! LOVE - LOVE - LOVE THE PIZZA!!!
From the deep dish to the thin crust - just close your eyes and bite into any of his pizza's and you are in Chicago!!!
Either eat in or take out/delivery - the BEST - authentic - and flavor! No one else can compare - and we have tried a few places. Been in Colorado Springs fo 5 years now - and ANY and ALL Chicago natives - we tell about this place. Have taken all of our Chicago friends and family too!
Must try -
Although they make their own sausage - not my favorite - but overall this place is the voted as my top pizza place! EVEN BROUGHT OUR NEW YORKER FRIENDS - THEY LOVED IT!!!!
***MUST TRY THE CHEESY BEEF SANDWICH!!!***

I have been eating at Billy's for nearly six years now. The owner and staff watched my children grow throughout the years. The food is simply outstanding but it goes way beyond that. Every single time I sat down to eat there the staff was always friendly and the owner comes to chat with us. They know my children's names and they do a great job of picking up on my life where we left it the last time I sat to eat. The food is always fresh and the nice thing about it is you can ask for certain pizza and the staff is always more than happy to accommodate your needs. The environment is kid friendly and you can't beat the prices for what you are getting. This is a stand up mom and pop stop that will keep you coming back for more.

I was on my way to subway and noticed Billy's pizza had hot dogs now! Went and had one. The best dog I have tasted. I went there another night and had their buffet. Everything was so good I couldnt stop eating! If you love pizza and veggies... request a veggie pizza for the buffet, hands down my favorite pizza (with no meat)!!!

The service was great, kept my drink full the entire time. The pizza is very tasty, in my opinion best deep dish, they call it stuffed pizza, in Colorado Springs. The buffet pizza is a little cold, but the other stuff (italian beef, pasta, salad and soup) is good as well. I would recomend ordering your own pizza so that you get the best pizza available (it will cost you the same if not less than the buffet) and you get to choose your toppings.

Went to Billies for a lunch buffet. Even though pizza is in the title of the resturant there was only two pizza's on the buffet and the room was packed with people there for lunch. The first pizza that was out on the buffet was so old the cheese was hard as a rock! the wait staff was great and kept the drinks filled... too bad the food was no good. If you want a real buffet do not eat here.
