Beem's Collision Center

Called a week ago and made an appointment to get an estimate for hail damage. Arrived there an the person wasn't even there. No apologies, no nothin. Just "come back another time". Nope, I don't think so.

The owner of this shop is a THIEF! He rips off his customers and if you happen to be a pretty lady (or teen, he has no shame) he WILL hit on you. I'd be willing to bet he rips off his employees with the way I saw him treating them.

Beem's Paint & Auto Body was almost perfect. Honest, Fast, Excellent Work. I recommend this shop to anyone. I chose Beem's to fix my hail damaged 2007 Silverado because their shop is certified by my auto insurance provider. Beem's did a spectacular job using Paintless Dent Repair. They finished quickly and when I got my truck back it was spotless. They also refunded a portion of my insurance check because they were able to complete the repair for less than what the insurance company estimated. They could have easily said it cost the full amount and I would have been none the wiser, but they were honest and they cut me a check for the difference immediately. My only complaint was that Beem's didn't make use of computerized appointment making system. They glanced at a wall calendar and jotted me in on the date desired. This was unprofessional in my opinion and it didn't make for the best first impression. I am, however, very happy with the end results.
