I went in to the store and one...

I went in to the store and one young lady Jasmine, who started helping me decided to have the other girl help me instead and so I just went ahead and ignored that and since the Katie was nice and very courteous and I let it go. It was Valentine's Day and I wanted to buy Brownie Sundaes for my husband and for myself and I had a great coupon buy one and get one for $.99 cents and it was a great deal, except that when I took it home and while we were eating it the brownies were stale and old. I didn't get any receipts and right after work the next day and I talk to another young lady and told the whole story and was hoping to get replacement, sad to say the manager on the other line said get her information and he will look into it and find the receipts and will call me back. Two days had passed and I called back again and this time it is the same young lady who took my messages and relay to her manager on the phone who I haven't heard! I told her that I was willing to bring back the ice cream with the stale old brownies back and as a proof that I did bought it and that I wasn't making it up or trying to get anything for free, but to just to be heard and to be justified that yes and the manager would be kind enough to either give me a fresher brownie sundaes. I called back and its now the 16th of February 2012 and the young lady said, I thought the manager would call you back and I said no I haven't heard from your manager and I told her that if she or he didn't want to give me a replacement then I want my money back. I tried and I have been very patients to her and to the manager, but I don't think he or she will even try to resolve this issue. I have never given anyone a bad review, but I am really disappointed with their service and the lack of following up with there customer and resolving this issues with me. It's not my fault that I didn't get any receipts and I completely describes what I ordered and I specifically describes the two young ladies who helped me and that right after my transactions that a man bought a birthday cake and I used two coupons and they should be able to find that and see that I wasn't lying at all. The manager sucks!!!
