The owner is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful ! they don't come and leave you waiting !! That is not acceptable when you are taking time off to wait for this .




Had app scheduled through Lowe's. They said this company was rated on par w/ others from the area. Accepted app, but when the receptionist called to confirm he was rude and unreasonable. He actually hung up on me at one point then called me back to read his scathing version of our calls back to me. He did let me know, however, that he had spent much time learning to handle "a-holes" like me on the phone. Needless to say, the app was cancelled. I'm surely not the first to have been given the pleasure of talking w/ this individual. I have to wonder how the company owner might feel about losing a customer, and how many other opportunities for work have been missed?



I called looking for an estima...

I called looking for an estimate. They want $70 just to come out; then you pay for the part, and the labor. I talked to Steve on the phone and he was very rude. I have done business with them in the past, but will go somewhere else.
