I had the pleasure of having sprinkler valves turned off for the season today by Leo Marx. I paid for my landscaping which included fertilizing for the winter. He told me to read my lease and that it was not advised --i.e. I will not be compensated. He instructed me on how to repair certain minor details which should be repaired by the landlord (I also suspect he owns some of these properties and use tenants for free maintenance labor while we are renting). He is a greedy little man but has not been disrespectful. I think because I video taped the walk through and I treat him like a thief (nothing personal--just how I approach business). In fact, I video tape nearly everything (just a little advice if you get stuck renting from him). Most Colorado Springs landlords and management companies I have dealt with seem like old, nit picky, greedy little trolls...he happens to be exemplary but not unusual. So, blame the market which is indirectly influenced by the military. The military pays their bills for their members without question which seems to foster disregard for tenants and encourages greed. Human nature I guess.
Don and Company are absolutely amazing! I am so happy to have worked with them. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and they are so knowledgeable. I have recommended him to many others and I will for sure be using his company again when I buy my next house!
These guys are beyond phenomenal. Professionals, extremely helpful as well as conscious of my lack of knowledge of property management. They really do everything to go above and beyond to exceed expectations and timelines. Thank you Don, Daniela and the team! I am so thankful for our meeting.
If there were a way to vehemently advise and express how renting with this company will be the worst decision of your life, that's what I would want to express. Just don't do it. They manage their properties extremely poorly. If you have children, absolutely not. If you do not want to deal with water, pest, and mold damages, do NOT rent with this company because it is guaranteed that you will come across this frequently within their properties. Yes, they may look nice from the outside, but while living in the inside, it's a horror story. The smells that are present before you move in and you think you can get them out after you move in, do not come out. I would live in a tent, frequent a hole in the ground before ever doing business with them again. Just do not do it. I am not disgruntled over deposits, which you won't see ever again because it's very likely you will not complete your lease; I am hurt, betrayed, and sorely upset that people (Spring Water Management) can treat other human beings the way they have. And have no qualms about placing people in such terrible conditions with such deception. Please just don't for your safety, your health and your peace of mind. There are other, much better, options. Please don't.
I just wanted to give props to Ashley and Jennifer. They have been doing a great job with handling my refrigerator leak trouble call. You have an outstanding team that I can always count on!!!
Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience with The Kibler Group/Keller Williams. So much so, that this is the first review I've ever taken the time to compose. Apparently there was a misunderstanding when the listing contract was signed...I thought I was the client and The Kibler Group was working for me? Here are a few of the challenges we experienced with The Kibler Group/Keller Williams; 1. They came in to take professional photos and only posted half of them to all the major websites. Who does that? Buyers want to see as much of the house as you can provide. They posted 17 pics when they could of posted 35! 2. They provide a 1-800 number in my front yard for immediate information on my home. I called the number and the recording said, "information available on this home coming soon, but we have other listings available!" Here's the problem, my home has been listed for 3 week's! 3. As Dan Kibler (owner of The Kibler Group/Keller Williams) and I discussed the fact that this wasn't going to be a beneficial relationship, Dan proceeded to "F-bomb" me. A true professional! Bottom line, steer clear of The Kibler Group/Keller Williams. I simply expected to be treated with respect and integrity as their client. I found myself having to pull if I wanted any information/feedback on our home. The Kibler Group/Keller Williams are extremely poor communicators, never answer their phone, and don't return text. Find a real professional...stay away from The Kibler Group/Keller Williams.
First of all, let me me provide a few links to give you an idea of what others on the internet are saying about this horrible evil business owned by Terry Regan aka Terrance Ragan. Most of the employees are rude and uncompassionate as well. It's beyond me how such a business and group of people are put together. It seems he has a way of screening certain types of employees or getting rid of ones that show any kind of compassion of care about good customer service.=========================================http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/CO-Colorado-Springs-Pinnacle-Apartments.htmlhttp://www.bbb.org/southern-colorado/business-reviews/property-management/resident-management-systems-in-colorado-springs-co-5766800/complaintshttp://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/CO-Colorado-Springs-Mountain-Country-Estates-1570638.htmlhttps://plus.google.com/117687105847110873580/about?gl=us&hl=enhttp://www.merchantcircle.com/business/Pinnacle.Apartments.719-593-5800http://www.yellowpages.com/colorado-springs-co/mip/pinnacle-apartments-4544211http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/CO-Colorado-Springs-Mountain-Country-Estates-1570638.html============================================I'm so sorry I ever learned of this place to move in. I was in rush, and didn't even bother to do research about the place/company before moving in.I'm sure there are more links, and if anyone knows of more. Please post them here, as well as share your experience. In a separate post below, I will share my story...
I used to love this bar and frequent it quite often ($$$$) but I seemed to have gotten myself banned for life (a little extreme) when I gave my honest opinion to some new patrons that one of the bartenders wasn't good at mixing drinks and they should get a beer instead. They took it as me trying to "sway" their customers to go somewhere else. Not the case..... they just need to get rid of that bartender. I'm sure her drinks would be much better if she wasn't flirting with all the men so much or showing people pictures of her kid on her phone. It blows that they wouldn't hear my side of it that girl with the blond hair cut in a bob with some sort of accent blatantly lied. So now I'm salty and now I'm going to work really hard to "sway" people from this establishment.
told me and my friends they would get back to me on if the home owners were ok with "roommates" then never got back. I had to call three separate time just for there secretary to tell me they had already rented the house out. Very unprofessional and rude.
They have all been very helpful. Ashley answered my call late at night and had maintenance there first thing in the morning.
