I went here for my 3 post op visits after having Lasik done. The center I had Lasik done at paid for my three post op visits. Eagle Eyes tried to bill me for my first visit when they were already paid, the second visit I was not billed for only because I reminded them they had already been paid by the Lasik center I went to and the third visit they then charged my Tricare when they were already paid from the Lasik center I had my surgery done at, so they basically stole money from the government and say they never got paid from the place I had my surgery done at when really they did, I have proof but they don't care. They ended up getting paid twice now for my third post op visit and will not admit it or give the money back. I do not recommend them at all. Beware. They will bill you wrong and try to steal your money.
I've been going to Dr. Buchanan for about 7 years now. He is always very helpful and thorough. He explains everything from equipment to tests to procedures to diagnostic results. He also has the very latest most modern equipment to make his diagnoses and measurements practically foolproof.
The optical area was very well stocked with many choices of frames. I really enjoyed shopping for new frames that look great.
After long exhausting day, shuffling 4 children, to different physician's appointments across 2 counties, learned that the eye doc, we'd gone to, DID NOT cover glasses under our insurance for those 3 broken ones, we're desperately trying to replace. Turning the matter into unnecessary drama + bringing on mass amounts of disappointment. I Called Abba Eye Care, Nevada & Garden of the Gods, talked with Jesenia. Right away, obtain 4 appointments for the rest of my family of 7. Super happy, over the caring & great service, drove from Cripple Creek that afternoon. As promised, was able to bring 3 prescriptions to their office & immediately got orders rolling for those well needed glasses from 2 of greatest associates I've yet encountered in Colorado Springs. Jesenia & Rachel, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for going Above & Beyond. It's to your great customer service that ended our day, looking forward to obtaining new glasses. Looking forward to future visits to your office, GREAT STAFF ABBA!!!
Dr. Kelly is wonderful. We have been taking our family to her for years. She is always very friendly.
I've been going in for more than 10 yrs. My family has had only positive service! 5 stars. The receptionists ALWAYS friendly. O.D. friendly. Eye puff lady friendly.
I do not want to go anywhere else besides Northgate Vision Center. Dr. Kelley offers me long term care.
They aren't that cheap but to me it's truly about the quality, and they make a great pair of glasses.
We have been customers for a few years now, but never again. Every time that I interact with the staff I am amazed by their lack of joy to serve. I have never seen a happy employee there in all our visits. Their service matches their bad attitude. Something as simple as repairing a nose-piece took 45 minutes before being told that we needed to go to a eyeglass repair place to have it fixed. In addition, I have never seen a business make so many mistakes, including giving us the wrong costs of things, the wrong information as to where to pick up lenses & recently sending my child home with a pair of glasses with the wrong prescription. Now we have to wait 2 more weeks w/o his glasses for them to redo it. In the meantime, the girl made sure to summon after me to pay a remaining balance. When I said that as a business they should consider covering something complimentary to make up for their large mistake, she became very dislikable. There is nothing good to say about this branch.
