Pro River Tech is by far the worst run company in Colorado Springs. It has a great team of hard working individuals but is run by the worst CEO. He has a bad temper and is quick to fire a whole staff or any member to save money because he can't budget money so he has to come up with any excuse possible so he can fire you and save the money. i know of a few staff changes since my interactions with the company and staff. He has a horrible work environment he is always trying to fire or place blame on someone.I have first hand record of him saying this to staff on a call and he was yelling and speaking to a staff member in such a tone i was ashamed. He has a great team and great workers but is so worried about being in control he ends up pushing employees to the brink and they quit or he fires them out of stupid rage when they make mistakes instead of growing the team and having them grow from their mistakes.NO ONE wants to work for a DICTATOR we get it your CEO but they are people and deserve WAY better treatment. He doesn't give many holidays off, from what I have gathered when asked he gives very little PTO or sick time accrual and he has his staff work 60-70+ hours at times. Something has to change this company has to either go out of business because the CEO is a determinant to the community of Colorado Springs. Or Labor board needs to get involved and Rights groups to investigate and make it better. I will be recommending to my CEO and to fellow business owners we know that we remove Pro River as our provider and so do they. I write this after hearing how he talked to employee in front of me on the phone I am appalled and disgusted

Had a service performed on a PC, the hard drive failed and it required a new one, as well as a new installation of windows, not something very hard to do. The service took weeks, with phone calls going unsanswered and questions being dodged. When I finally got the PC back, The work was done... technically; if you count the use of a stolen copy of windows to be installed in addition to a "new" faulty hard drive. I had to spend 2 weeks going back and forth with HP and Microsoft to get it straightened out and to reinstall my copy of windows, rather that the stolen version PC Paramedics installed. Would not recommend ever.
Came to pick up order. Their website says 9pm closing time. Came at 8:15pm. They said they could not give me my order because on winter they close at 8pm and yet people are still in the store..........
I brought my 42" LCD by LG here - it wasn't powering on. I assumed they were pretty good from the reviews. But after they hadn't called me back with any update after 4-5 days I called them. The grumpy guy only said it needed a new circuit board and the cost was $195. I declined and picked it up. I then took it to The Sound Shop (7 E. Cimarron). They fixed it by simply using an LG remote to "reset" it back to factory specs. It now works fine. From this, I wouldn't trust Tom's and most likely would never take something to them again.
I was really impressed with the friendly and prompt service I received from this business. I picked up my large screen LCD tv in less than 24 hours fully repaired. I was amazed they had the power supply board in stock that was required for the repair.I had my TV back for weekend football viewing! Thanks!
I am very pleased with the service that I received on getting my optical out repairs was done in less than a day great job will come back if I ever needed to
Mom bought this broke college kid a new screen, it worked once, then died. They took it back, fixed it, then returned with apologies. I'm grateful for the fixing with no extra cost. They aren't the fastest as they're busy, but, great work, telling me what I need, don't need and best of all, GREAT prices
Moved to 4850 galley rd. Half way between powers and academy on galley.
I've used The Mac Corner Store numerous times and have been very pleased with their service and pricing each time. I highly recommend them.
These guys were good to work with initially. After purchasing a hard drive from them, I found the same drive for $100 less, so I was going to return it. I called, asked how long I had (on two different days) and BOTH sales people told me that I had 90 days, so I didn't sweat returning it until I was in the area. Well when I was getting ready to head to that side of town I looked at the receipt and it said 14 days...which had passed because 2 different employees told me SPECIFICALLY that I had 90 days. Now, initially I posted a bad review, because I had a bad experience, HOWEVER, the next day, the store owner heard about the situation and called me personally to straighten things out. He was EXTREMELY professional, EXTREMELY helpful, and offered to make it right at no cost to me. As a business owner myself, I understand that customer service is ESSENTIAL to success, and so does the owner of The Mac Corner. You have won a loyal customer!
