I'm just trying to balance out Codi T's vulgar review that sounds more like a personal issue. Given the word choices, use of obscenities, and horrendous grammar, I can only imagine that the lady was simply trying to improve the experience for the other customers who don't want to deal with your little demon spawn. I'm guessing she was right, although she was probably just tying to get you to control them, not telling you "how to raise them."
In thier crusade to weed out the thieves these owners are running off good paying customers .The no backpacks large bags policy has turned into a customer service nitemare.On Tuesday a lady ran up from behind me and said I needed to turn my purse into the front desk or take it to my car.I have been many times in the store with the same purse never had an issue.Now the were enforcing the policy, however on our way out a white lady was checking out and she had a large handbag yet was not told she had to leave or what the policy was going good forward.Racial profiling is what this is all about.Spoke with the owner who was equally nasty she said she did not care and we can shop someplace else. She had to protect her store.They pick and choose who they enforce the policy on and who they want to protect thier store from.In her response to my facebook review she claims I misrepresented her words nope not at all. It was very clear how they treated us and what little value they place in there good paying customers.The vendors need to make sure the owners are not stealing thier merchandise pocketing the money and blaming it on long time customers. Nasty owners people will steal purse or no purse clearly from thier videos on facebook.As you can see purse is not any bigger than any other purses that ladies carry.What will they ban next wheel chairs, baby carriers, Baby strollers long coats. Lots of indoor flea markets and since the owners do not care shop some place else.
