worst place ever! Horrible customer service, I mean, there is no customer service at all. Many issues and they never help out. I ended up buying my cpap machine online and getting supplies online. Don't waste your time with this people.

This company is both incredibly rude and very disorganized. When I called and went into their office to order and pick up supplies, I was treated as an interruption and a nuisance for wanting to purchase, well, major medical supplies.Emails are ignored, phone messages are not returned, and somehow being "transferred" to someone else always ends up in the call being disconnected.Although I had authorization from my insurance company for medical equipment, they told me that insurance would not cover my walker and I had to pay full price, out of pocket, and seek reimbursement from my insurance company on my own. It's important to note that they were an in-network provider and my insurance company assured my they'd pay Major Medical Supply directly, minus my co-pay.I ended up getting my crutches from them and ordering my walker on Amazon because they kept jerking me around up until the day before my surgery (Amazon offered the same walker for 1/4 the price I might add). I paid my co-pay for the crutches before I left the office. Now, nearly two months later, I'm being billed AGAIN for the same co-pay I paid 8 weeks earlier. Calling to try to get it resolved only leads to voicemail systems where calls are never returned.If I had realized how much of a pain they were to deal with, I would've gotten my crutches from somewhere, anywhere else, and I'm really glad I didn't end up ordering my walker from them after all.
Medicaid wrongful took my loved one off there coverage. So far Lincare have not provided service and that is the the problem its been almost a month since I tried to switch over. They say they cannot Promote there business. I would like my loved on to have oxygen, before she suffocates to death.I know the doctors office send the order over to them on May 2nd according to the office. I want to report this to what ever administrative office oversees Oxygen supplies.
Used for CPAP They forget about you. Then when you try to change to a TV one after 3 years, and try to change back they want you to pay $3,000 of full price after Medicare been paying.
I have had no issues with A Village Pharmacy. The owner and Assistance are very helpful and extremely polite. My meds are always on time and never out of stock. I recommend this Pharmacy to everyone.
I walked in to use the bathroom in an attempt to prevent a panic attack before work. The cashier politely directed me to the back of the store. I told the young man the door was locked twice before he pointed in a direction which i misunderstood for being another employee coming to help . I let him know it was an emergency.By the time he unlocked the door I had removed layers of clothing due to the health issue,my clothes were drenched. After I entered the bathroom, another employee followed and told me they saw me TAKE something can they check my bag? I immediately said "Excuse me, I think I'm having a panic attack can his wait?, I don't trust you , Why are you accusing me of theft ?" She left the bathroom, 1 minute later she returned taking my bag off of the bathroom sink. After barely calming down I was able to collect myself enough to exit the bathroom. She blocked me in the door and a store manager dressed in business professional attire instead of the the Walgreens uniform, were finishing going through my bag only to find nothing at all . I let them know that this is wrong for me to receive such bad service in a retail pharmacy when having a potential medical emergency. When asking the manger was I racially profiled he threw my bag on the floor and then became very aggressive .He became argumentative as I told him I was leaving and reporting him to the BBB. He did not apologize at all for the accusations or for being so rude. He then proceeded to kick me out his store even though I was already headed out the door.I never had a chance to spend money because of the altercation and how uncomfortable it made me. I need somebody to look further into the way this man runs this store location .I feel harassed and I want to take this to the highest level possible . I moved here in the neighborhood all the way from the east coast less than a year ago . This is the only Walgreens close to me. I now feel like I can't shop there. I'm 23, married with 2 kids so if we need medicine, what will I do ? This is wrong .
Summir respiratory at 4715 Town Center Dr. Colorado Springs, Colorado is the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. I got a ProBasics Nebulizer 9-2014 it lasted 2 years 1 month I took it back to get a replacement they said we don't give a warranty with product. I told them the manufacturer had a 5 year warranty. So they found a old used one in the back of the store for me to use. I came home called manufacturer they said I would have to go back to where I bought it as they only deal business to business. I called Summit at town center and told them what the manufacturer said. She had no intention to help me, She only talked over me when I said this appears to be a scam and then she hung up phone. I intend to call Medicare and report this about buying from Probasics and Summit Respiratory at Town Center Drive Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The people that handle the equipment, the testing are great, however I've given this company as a whole 1 star because their billing staff are so incompetent. Insurance company pays but the Bennett billing company makes up their own numbers. When I call they tell me to call my insurance company they continue to stall correcting this I've sent hours talking to this company the billing department is either crooks or lack intelligence and supervision.
I've never delt with a Co. So lost I give them a. -******.if I told u my experience u wouldn't believe me?
Very pleased with this organization and their staff. Doris the owner and Jaezel provided me with great equipment and training to manage my pain. Excellent experience! If you suffer with pain have your doctor refer you to them!
