We meet with Tammy and viewed a townhouse in Monument. We told Tammy that we liked the place and we filled out the application and left a check for the application fee. There were other people that were viewing the town house and Tammy told us she would contact us when we were chosen then she would run our application then she would deposit our application fee. Instead, she ran the application deposited the check THEN told us we were selected. When my wife told her we had found another townhouse and to please destroy the check. Tammy told us that she would cancel the application and that the check would be not be refunded. I'm sure that you are very busy but you still have to keep possible customers in the loop as to what's going on. We were under the impression we would get a phone call before anything was done. The application we gave Tammy was not complete and Tammy was waiting for info from us before she could proceed. When my wife spoke to Tammys manager Barbara the manager yelled at my wife, hung up on her then called back and left a voice mail cussing at her. The town house was beautiful but I'm glad we chose another place.
