The owner of this business took advantage of my Daughter when she brought in her ROTC uniforms to the cleaners and would not own up to their mistake. She brought home a claim ticket for $51 for her items and when we came back to pick up the clothes we were charged $72 for her items.... The owner said that they made a mistake on the amount of clothes that were charged but did not want to honor the original ticket. I run my own business and when I make a mistake like that I don't charge the customer more, I eat it and learn from the mistake. This owner was rude and could care less. It's how you handle the mistake and not the mistake itself. We will never go there again because of their rudeness and lack of caring!
"Where's your proof?"That's what the gentlemen at the store asked me after ruining three of my dress shirts by not following instructions. Not only did they not offer to replace the cost of my shirts, they refused to refund what I'd paid for their lousy service. So now I have to go to small claims court or the Better Business Bureau.I'd advise you not to trust them with your alterations, because they do not communicate, they do not follow instructions, and they do not stand behind their work.
I've been using Summit for 8 years and in the past 6 months they have completely failed! They lost a Beautiful blouse from my order, still missing over 60 days later. I brought my husband's uniform pants in for a small stich repair only to pick them up with the issue unresolved but the already clean pants, re-drycleaned..and they still charged me! I'm livid with them.
The lady that runs the place is psycho. She yells at customers on a regular basis. I had been a regular customer for a year. NO MORE. She refused to give me a business card or give me the owners information. She yelled I needed to get Satan out of me. I I needed to be exorcised. That is criminally abusive. The police should be called to save your business.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!! They completely ruined my comforter! They WASHED it instead of dry cleaning it. They did not read the tag that said DRY CLEAN ONLY. Then blamed it on me. When I asked to be compensated for the comforter they said they would call me about the situation AFTER the weekend. I feel that this is not honest and not taking any accountability for their business or employees.
In response to Bradley's review: We use a detailed inventory system at Summit Cleaners, where every item has a very small barcode attached to it. This item, and its barcode, gets tracked from the point it was dropped off, through production, storage, and delivery. Not only are we able to track the garment while it is in our store, we also track how many times the item has been cleaned by Summit and who it belongs to. On the 17th of October Bradley dropped off three sport coats, he calls them jackets. On this day we only received eleven sport coats for cleaning, three of which belonged to Bradley. All of the other 8 sport coats belonged to existing customers and had been in our store before; this was Bradley’s first visit to our store. I do not know why Bradley would be motivated to claim we lost his sport coat, but I can prove that the jackets we presented to him on pick up are the jackets he dropped off for cleaning. From the outside it may be confusing how we keep track of all the clothing in the store, if you would like a quick tour or explanation how our system works don’t hesitate to contact our store (719-282-8203) or pay us a visit.
The people/owners at this laundry mat are ignorant people and shouldn't be in business I watched the lady who works there yell at a customer and told him to go somewhere else what kind of people do that
If I could rate 0 I would. They lost my jacket and were really non helpful. I have them almost a month to find it and they didn't help at all they literally said "agree to disagree" and wouldn't reimburse me or anything
I found permanent marker on my favorite table cloth after the grandkids left. I was having company coming the next day. They were able to remove the marker while I waited, saving my favorite cloth and allowing me to launder it in time to use for my guests.
We were assaulted by the employee working fathers day. Called the Police, Called U-haul.. No matter how its portrayed.. you don't attack a customer. We were in the right, we didn't even do anything worthy of him attacking, or trying to tear out my friends throat with his fingernails. I will see this man fired, I will see him humiliated and banned for Customer Service. I will continue this course of action until i know that he won't be in a position to harm another customer, ever. He should not be in the position to represent any business. Not like that. Way to make my fathers day difficult, We didn't deserve this treatment. No one does.I hope, that there is enough wisdom in the company that employs him, to Just FIRE him. This was unacceptable. Facebook was the first, google was the second, here is the third; I will continue to publicize this ridiculousness until i KNOW he is fired.
