My experience with the Colorado Springs David's Bridal is not one I would repeat. First I had to make an appointment just to look at bridesmaid dresses. The week before I had walked in an the store was empty, but I didn't have an appointment so no help. On my appointment day the employee was helpful, but as I found out later failed to tell me about a rush alteration fee. If you don't order a dress further out than 2 month of the date needed you will pay this rush fee. How rediculous. The manager was nice enough to wave it, but when I got to the alteration appointment the person did not know anything about it. Then they were going to charge me a $70.00 alteration fee for a $149.00 dress. bummer. Another thing I wasn't to happy about is that when my dress came in I had to pick it up within a week only to return to the store the week after for my alterations appointment. I had to drive 1.5 hours each time. What type of customer service is this. I think next time I will just go to J.C. Penney or Dillards. Better luck to everybody else.

I had the most wonderful experience at David's Bridal in Colorado Springs! I made my appointment like a month a head and everyone I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and helpful. They didn't have a lot if the dresses I liked online but my consultant took everything I wanted and found me the perfect dress. It was unique and beautiful. She was so kind and everyone that works there made me feel special and like a bride. My consultant even let my friends and family go with her to pick out some dresses. It was the best experience ever. Most anyone who says different is just trying to compare David's Bridal with the Say Yes to the Dress stores on TV. If you don't do that, make an appointment, and come in with a smile and an open mind, you will have a great time. The staff is amazing and some if the sweetest women I have ever met. Thank you David's Bridal for being the best.
I went here to find a prom dress and it wasn't very promising. the selection was very small and almost no short dresses. I found a lace up high low dress that I liked the seamstress told us it needed a small alteration and said it would cost 30 dollars and she was very nice. We went in another time for alterations and another seamstress was there and told us that it actually would cost $50 for a very minor alteration. I handed the cashier an extra $20 and they took it with out counting and once I noticed she argued and then angerly counted the money she was supposed to have and realized that there was an extra 20. They also tried to argued about the price that we were supposed to pay. And to even get alterations we got there 15 min early but ended up not getting alterations for another 45 min. Over all the place had bad customer service and was defiantly over priced.
I am not sure what I would have done without the services of Terry at Bridal Elegance. It first began when I was shopping for dresses and we went to the shop and there was my dress! The perfect dress! The staff was helpful and made me feel like the Bride. I then met with Terry Ortega (Wedding planner extrodinare) she is the best in the business! She has helped me and my fiance every step of the way of the planning and sticking to our budget. Her designs are wonderful and she has accompanied me on every step of the meetings with Hotel, Florist, Cake, car service, everything! and she will be there for me and my fiance on our specail day to assure everything is perfect on our perfect day!
My daughter, fiancee and I went in to look at tuxedos for their wedding. They have a nice selection at reasonable prices. We shopped at four other places prior to visiting Bridal Elegance / Gentlemen's Choice Tuxedos. The main selling point for us was the excellent customer service that we received from Shannon. She gave us her full attention and assistance until we were able to make our selections despite us being there when they were busy. She paid attention to each detail and explained everything we needed to know fully. If you are frustrated and tired of dealing with poor customer service, look no further. Shannon will make you feel like you are a valued customer.
Ok. Let me start by saying that Chelsea was WONDERFUL! She was there to greet me on my first time in, and didn't mind that I had my newborn to care for, change, and feed. She NEVER made me feel out of place. She was off the day of my actual appointment but came in just for me. It made me feel great! In the end I ended up finding a dress at another shop, which I only felt bad about because his great Chelsea was. Because of her I do plan on getting all my girls dresses there and all of my accessories. I'll also tell everyone that I know who's getting married to consider this shop, and ask for her! Thank you for making me feel like a true bride.
I got my dress from bridal elegance in October and had the best experience with Chelse as well. Chelse had the enthusiasm that I was looking for in a consultant. I had my two friends with me and all of us loved her. She made me feel so comfortable. She, along with her manager, even opened the store for me on a Sunday so I could try on a few dresses one more time before I purchased. I didn't feel pressured in any way to purchase. Couldn't be happier!
I loved this shop. I had a few guys that did not get measured until the day of our dress rehearsal. The staff at Gentlemen's Choice helped them and also made sure that the tuxes fit. We would recommend this shop to everyone. We believe that they did more for us then what we would have received at any other tux shop. Thank you.
Wow! This was the best bridal store that I have been in. The consultants were very knowledgeable and you could tell that they. cared about every customer that came in. I felt special every time I visited the shop. I would highly recommend Bridal Elegance to all my friends. Thanks Terry for all of your help.
We got our chair coverings from Bridal Elegance. They had the room set up first thing in the morning (for an evening wedding) and it looked fantastic. We have no complaints! (The person in charge of chair coverings isn't always working when the store is open. Make sure to call in advance before coming in)
