The bowling and laser tag packages are priced well, especially when they throw in $5 or $10 cards (per person) for the game room. We've had birthday parties and outings with the Girl Scouts here and have never once left feeling disappointed.
This bowling alley is fantastic! It's a small, locally owned place that has decent prices and delicious nachos. It's hard to find places like this nowadays, and I try to support local businesses when I can. I definitely recommend going here as opposed to a larger chain of bowling alleys.
This place is disgusting. It is a RIP OFF!The owner is deplorable. He ripped off my daughter and her friends when they went to bowl there. I guess his place is really doing bad that he feels like taking advantage of kids. Never going there again and I'm letting everyone know that they shouldn't go there.
DO NOT BOWL HERE. Customer Service is beyond horrible. The floor needs serious repair - just walking thru you feel like you may fall thru the floor at any minute. The machines chew up balls and the owner doesnt care. Janet (owner) is the worst emplyee with attitude. If you want to enjoy bowling find another alley to go to.
we had never been to brunswick before but we got a coupon in the mail so we decided to try it out. The manager explained that although the coupon was not expired and had no stipulations they would not honor the special because they had plenty of customers that night and they didn't want us taking up lanes if we weren't paying full price. I don't think we will ever go back.
On 13 February 2010, I went in with my bag, ball, and shoes. I went straight to the counter and waited for service. There were two people on the other side of the counter. One was on the telephone and did not pay any attention to me. The other was not busy and also ignored me. Then after several minutes more people came to the counter from outside, and the second employee came to the counter and began to assign them a bowling lane. I did not know what was going on. I as the guy if he even sees me and why he is helping them before me. He responded by saying that I was walking away from the counter. His ignoring me is completely rude, and telling me that me walking up the the counter and standing there is "walking away" is insulting. So I left and went to The Brunswick Zone on Circle Drive. They were very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door.I tried to call Harmony Bowl, but was unable to get through. I sent them a letter with my business card, and have not received any response from them.I would not recommend going to Harmony Bowl. They have rude and insulting employees. Your time is better spent somewhere else.
