I went in to B & B this weekend and saw they had some Trappist beer on sale for $4.99 a 4 pack down from something like $17 a 4 pack. I purchased a whole case for $30. I tried one once cold and I got a gusher, see this example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWDLK133Cjo I brought the case back -2 exploded beers and asked for a refund and explained the problem. The guy behind the counter told me they don’t accept returns and that there was nothing wrong with the beer that I just needed to get it “really, really, cold…”. He says he can give me store credit so I pick out about $31 of different beer and let him know they should remove the old beer from the shelves as it is bad but he refuses. When he rang me up he charged me $6 and I asked why I wasn’t given full credit for the $30 of beer. He said he couldn’t give me credit for the 4 pack missing 2 because I drank despite me informing him that they were undrinkable and I opened 2 only to see if the first was a fluke.
If I could rate 0 u would! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received! If u value being treated humanely do not shop there! At checkout I told them to put back these items I would not purchase them there! Horrible experience ����

I was never acknowledged while I was in the store except for the employee following me around. The funny thing is he didn't ask if I needed help he just continued to follow me. The cashier was rude, saying hi to everyone around but not acknowledging me just gave me a total. I will not be spending anymore of my money in this store.
GET A RECEIPT!!!Make sure to watch the prices they enter into the register and if the amount they entered is incorrect tell them "The price on the bottle is '$x' and you entered in '$y'. Why is that?" I have shopped there several times a month for the last roughly 18 months. The only person who I have ever had a problem is the owner. His wife and the fat veteran are both terrific people.Last week I was told by my S.O. that she had been overcharged by $5 and since she wasn't given a receipt, I confirmed this using the credit card company records and the dollar amounts listed on the bottles. A bit of basic math and then multiplied by the local tax rate.I assumed it was an honest accident and not worth pursuing since it was only a few bucks. My own fault.Yesterday I purchased 2 bottles of alcohol and when the first bottle was keyed in manually, not scanned, I noticed that the price was $2 higher than the price listed on the bottle. I asked how much the bottle cost and the owner told me the listed price rather than the number I saw him enter into the register. I told him "I need to have a receipt for this purchase." and he said something like "Of course" then slipped a receipt sized paper in the bag and out I went.Turns out the "receipt" he gave me was a blank piece of receipt paper. Ran the numbers and sure enough I was overcharged by $2 + tax. I know its not much money. Not even worth the effort of writing this review. However since I only started paying attention last week but that is $7 of being overcharged over two different occasions.So I cannot help but wonder how much money they have screwed me and my neighbors out of over the last year and a half.WATCH THE REGISTER PRICES AS THEY ARE KEYED IN AND DON'T JUST DEMAND A RECEIPT. MAKE SURE ITS REAL! All those dollars add up quickly. I do plan on taking my credit card receipts and other info collected to the BBB and the CBI since I'm pretty sure they are keeping two sets of records to ensure that the money he has stolen goes straight to the pocket. Again, it is only the owner doing this regularly and the old vet is probably unaware of the scam.While friendly, they are thieves and I would rate lower than "1 star" if I could.
I was hoping that I could give this place 0 stars! I will never go here again! I walked in and was told that I could not bring my purse and had to hand it to them or put it in a locker. REALLY? Apparently carrying a purse makes me a shoplifter, but I am supposed to trust them with my purse? Then the little woman by the door started yelling at me when I told them that I was going to shop elsewhere. This is no way to do business.
Hello!!! Drive up liquor store! This place is the best and a perfect location.
I called them because they are only about a block away, but the guy answered the phone "Hello?"... so I asked if I was calling the right place and he said Yes, who is this. So I said a possible customer. What do you mean who is this? Then I asked if they do kegs, and they said no. I don't know how it is in the store, but their phone skills are definitely lacking!
