I am only leaving a star because it requires me to. I wouldn't even give them a thumbs down is how sorry this place is. If you must go to Metro PCS AVOID THIS LOCATION. The employees are extremely rude, talk about you in front of you in spanish and thought I didn't understand because of my blond hair and blue eyes, smh. Their phone i purchased messed up and they had to order me a new one. They said 3-5 days... two weeks later, nothing. So I call, speak to this prick Jeffy who's mother should be slapped for raising his ass and not aborting him, and found out that they never ordered it, and then was extremely rude when I asked him to... It still took another week before getting my phone. Then when I go in to pick it up the little broad their that obviously shouldn't have a job in customer service tried to everything in her power to not have to help me, refused to transfer contacts until I told her about herself and if she didn't like her job, to quit, don't make me feel like an inconvenience because you don't want to do what they pay you to do. Customers coming in and getting service through your company, allows you to get a paycheck! She was lucky I didn't drag her ass out of that store and teach her manners! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!

I went in today, on Sunday, around 3:00 p.m. The place was really busy. The lady at the front counter was helping some folks, but when she saw me, she acknowledged that I was next and input my name on the digital monitor. In less than a nano-second, Anthony appeared. I needed help transferring to a new phone. I didn't have the info I needed to access my account, so I had to come back later. When I returned, Anthony greeted me as soon as I came through the door. I was very impressed that even though I wasn't making a purchase, he gave me his patience and time, as if I was the only customer in the place. For those looking to be treated as a valued customer, I highly recommend Anthony at this store. BTW - If you go closer to 6pm on Sunday, it's not so busy.

Went in to square away my bill. They were extremely helpful and patient through at least an hour of work. Then they gave me a deal on upgrading my phone. Best customer support in the phine industry I've had.
Great SeviceI went in because one of the phones that I had purchased 3 months ago was not working. After going to 2 previous sprint stores without no success this was my last hope. After I was on the phone with a sprint rep for an hour to explain my situation they directed my to go into this particular store. I made an appointment and when I got there early they were very busy but the service was excellent. They are very knowledgeable of their products and services and very professional. This is "The Best Sprint Store" in the city of Colorado Spring!
Beware! I was and still is having issues with a phone and so I took it into get the technician to take a look at it. It would not charge and if it did charge it would get stuck. So they were able to get a charge and the screen started to turn green. So, I asked what was the issue with the phone because I have takened it to the Apple store and they recommend that I replace it or take to the sprint technicians to see if they could fix it. I aked them if they could run a diagnosis check. I just explained that I just want to get the phone fixed and what should I do to resolve the issue. Manager was ver confrontational and extremely unprofessional. I have already witness her making inappropriate comments beforehand. I was totally shock to find out that she was the manager due to her lack of professionalism and inappropiate conversations. When you have that type of mentality supervising a business like that the staff will follow her example. This is a new store but awful attitudes and lack professionalism. Beware!
Excellent repair work. You can be confident it will be done right.WAY Too pricey. ($125 to get started)What kind of store doesn't advertise it's hours?? How unprofessional. I can't find when this store opens anywhere on the net. Not on sprint.com, not in Yelp or anywhere else. I'd be embarrassed to work there-- a Sprint store that isn't tech saavy enough to get their own website.
