worst place ever! Horrible customer service, I mean, there is no customer service at all. Many issues and they never help out. I ended up buying my cpap machine online and getting supplies online. Don't waste your time with this people.
In for annual flu shot. Waiting room was nice and clean. No wait, no pain. Lady giving the shot was professional and friendly. Very pleasant experience.
Lacks communication and professionalism
Do not be trusting fools, like I was, of Kem Su Hor. She gave the OK,for a operation for my husband, that destroyed his organ's and him. No mention of risk or what was being done. He would never be coherent again. They either used him for money,a science project, or both. My husband was the love of my life, and I just wanted to bring him home to take care of him. She took that away from me.
If I could rate this business 0 stars I would! The owner of the business, Beverly Serman is incapable of managing her existing clients, yet she continues to recruit new clients. She hires providers without offering proper training. I've had respite workers show up at my house who have no clue about addressing my child's special needs. Her workers have cancelled last minute and left us stranded more times than I can count. Her providers are independent contractors so she says they can do whatever they want. She uses her boyfriend to pick up the slack when she's overwhelmed with her job as a bus driver, and he has no clue about anything. She's been audited and failed miserably. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. I'm shocked that she even has any clients, after how she has botched up so badly. Even her independent contractors complain about the way she does business. Don't let her profile fool you. She operates this company out of her own home and after she lures you in, with all kinds of promises, she'll give you bottom of the barrel service as she continues to rope in new clients, that take your place in line.
This Is a facility within the R.J.Montgomery Salvation Army Shelter. It is overseen by The Homeless Clinic next door. The Doctors & PAs who serve the homeless community are heads above most people in their field. They will take the best of care of your needs and get you moving in the healthiest direction; all bases upon your specific needs. I highly recommend this facility and the Homeless Clinic.
This company is both incredibly rude and very disorganized. When I called and went into their office to order and pick up supplies, I was treated as an interruption and a nuisance for wanting to purchase, well, major medical supplies.Emails are ignored, phone messages are not returned, and somehow being "transferred" to someone else always ends up in the call being disconnected.Although I had authorization from my insurance company for medical equipment, they told me that insurance would not cover my walker and I had to pay full price, out of pocket, and seek reimbursement from my insurance company on my own. It's important to note that they were an in-network provider and my insurance company assured my they'd pay Major Medical Supply directly, minus my co-pay.I ended up getting my crutches from them and ordering my walker on Amazon because they kept jerking me around up until the day before my surgery (Amazon offered the same walker for 1/4 the price I might add). I paid my co-pay for the crutches before I left the office. Now, nearly two months later, I'm being billed AGAIN for the same co-pay I paid 8 weeks earlier. Calling to try to get it resolved only leads to voicemail systems where calls are never returned. If I had realized how much of a pain they were to deal with, I would've gotten my crutches from somewhere, anywhere else, and I'm really glad I didn't end up ordering my walker from them after all.
Was here for an in/out knee surgery. The staff was remarkably nice and very attentive. Waiting, was no such issue here. It had been a very long time that I had seen such friendly service anywhere. (You just do not see this type of service anymore).Had to return for a second visit, not long after, for a different injury, (an unfortunate cat bite). Had to stay a couple of nights. The entire staff from the ER, to my hospital room, every staff on every shift was so incredibly friendly, caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. In return which made me feel calm relaxed, comfortable (considering) during my visit. My deepest gratitude goes to everyone there who helped aide in my visit/ recovery. It isn't fair to drop names as I cannot remember them all, so if I missed your name I apologize. However, From the X-ray tech, the many Kayla's, Kendra, Shante, Vickie, the care techs, the kitchen/food service. The whole north wing 4th floor. Thank you! Job well done! I hope I never have to return to the hospital again, but if I ever need medical assistance again. I will definitely return to memorial north hospital. The hospital beds -not so comfortable, but the staff 5 Star!
Medicaid wrongful took my loved one off there coverage. So far Lincare have not provided service and that is the the problem its been almost a month since I tried to switch over. They say they cannot Promote there business. I would like my loved on to have oxygen, before she suffocates to death.I know the doctors office send the order over to them on May 2nd according to the office. I want to report this to what ever administrative office oversees Oxygen supplies.
Used for CPAP They forget about you. Then when you try to change to a TV one after 3 years, and try to change back they want you to pay $3,000 of full price after Medicare been paying.
