Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Very rude and have zero communication throughout management. Apartment is in very poor shape and they never fix things. Wish I could find a corporate number.

I lived there off and on for about eight years the new owners did a half decent job re-doing the place and moving out the rif rafs the manager is easy to talk to and does everything to get things done for the tenants in a timely Manor the only problem I see is the head office likes to rent to housing special people no matter there issue sense there housing or v.a or any kinda issue it's granted money and they have more rights then the people like you and me that pay every month full price and we have less rights but we pay 800 or more a month but they stand by there housing tenants and every year the rent goes up when you have to resign the lease it did for me every year 690 to 700 to 720 that's when I decided to brake my lease that's a house payment and somewere my kids can play there kids can't play run around or anything or you get letters saying if the kids don't stop then here is your three day but the male v.a tenants can run around in dresses and get away with it or bounce balls of there next Dore tenants wall tell three in the morning and won't do nothing because they didn't hear anything for them selfs enter at your own risk it is a year lease
Horrible apartment complex with equally as bad owners who do not care about the residents. They are MAKING my mother leave & she doesn't talk to our bother absolutely anyone. She is disabled & very sick, but they do not care...They are inhumane to kick my mother out when she has done nothing to deserve this type of treatment. My mother recently fell on one of the huge chunks of ice that they do not clear fully. We told the office & two days later they still had not cleared the ice up. The the so called crappy management just have attitude & told us basically that they did not care that my mother fell on ice & they weren't cleaning it because all the residents were important...so they just ended up letting the ice melt instead of at least putting sand on it. Please reconsider if you are looking to move here. They are making visual improvements, but the owners / management will remain the same.
The management and leasing agents are horribly unprofessional, and do not communicate with each other or those trying to lease an apartment. Chris hung up on my boyfriend during a conversation about an issue with a move in, and then proceeded to charge him a pro rated amount that was almost a full months rent when my boyfriend didn't move in until the end of the month. When trying to resolve these issues the leasing agents and management just blamed one other instead of trying to solve the issue. Do not rent here unless you want major complications.
Just not a place I'd live in again. Being on oxygen ppl smoking in the halls plus yelling and fighting waking up to gun shots at night just not a great place or area to live in. the apartment is nice and big but due to no lining in the Windows and air conditioner it's so cold and smell ppl smoking in ur apartment
Craigslist scams are run out of this location. They bait you in and steal your money. Very dangerous. Management is nice but tenants are extremely dangerous.

Lived here 2 years now, The windows are drafty due to no weather stripping of any kind. The furnace only works in the summer, called 2 hrs ago because its 38 outside and feels that way inside. Told the answering service I was using the stove to keep warm and still waiting. - Yes Grannyj, the owner does like his money. at least the power to the building has been on a solid week without interruptions in the middle of the night, and sometimes we even have hot water in the middle of the day. (one star for being a roof over my head, give me working water and power consistently and ill give more). we wont even go into the smell of weed in the hallways!
By far, this is the worst complex I've lived in since I began renting in the Springs. Any reviews dated before June 2014 have been about the old management. Which was disorganized, incompetent and inefficient in their maintenance and business practices, but the new management, JRK Regional Goup, is worse in a different way. This review is about the way the new management handled the transition and care of its tenants from the old management to the new. First, everyone was told that any an all reports, maintenance requests and complaints under the old management are "gone" and they have no access to them. This made my situation worse in that I've been asking for repairs on my cracked and torn bedroom ceiling SINCE I MOVED IN in September 2013. Second, the recent rain storms have made it worse and we asked for repairs 3 weeks ago. When we went in again today, the regional manager said they had no record of it and that they are considering this the first request. We consider our apartment uninhabitable as the ceiling is literally tearing apart, we have to use bowls to catch the leaks. The regional manager said that without documentation that we've reported this earlier they had no obligation to release us one month early from our lease. So the old requests are "gone" and our last request was taken down on a post it note and it's our fault there is no record of requests? Even if they do properly record a request, like they did with our AC, they actually closed the ticket before it was fixed. We have a lawyer looking into our lease and situation. JRK Regional Group apparently doesn't care about keeping good tenants. Word to the wise, if there is really no other place to live in the entirety of Colorado Springs and you are forces against your will to sign a lease, I recommend having a notebook you get signatures of all interactions with these people. Their upfront and pleasant demeanor seems genuine at first, but they are quick to tell you you're to blame for their lack of organization. The worse part was the regional manager mowed us over in the conversation and would not listen to our case. She made us sound petty and whiny about our concerns. "I can't believe that one natural storm would make you change your mind!" No, one agonizing year of miserable living did. And a snarky, dominating, flippant tone from the regional manager doesn't help either. We were told that all of our issues was our fault and not theirs or they simply pass it off by saying that all our problems are under the old management. I'm looking forward to turning in my key. They did not handle the transition well, nor did I feel they actually want to keep tenants like us who have paid on time, kept all the rules, and made an effort to have a good relationship with the management. In addition to all that, the apartments are at best mediocre, outdated, and generic. Go elsewhere. Again, JRK Regional Group does not care about keeping good tenants.
Need I say more? This building is infested and they will not do a thing about it.
