BUYER BEWARE !!!!Terrible customer service .One employer will promise you that it will be done by the end of the day and when you come to pick it up the owner will tell you it's 3 weeks .Refuses to do refunds when he has a policy that clearly States he will refund 50% . Doesn't honor his own policy he has on the wall. Cursed at Customer as well as being very disrespectful. Clips on hoster also broke within 1st hour of wearing holster.

My wife inherited some high end shotguns, both of us decided we should find out more about their value since we know that her father did spend his money on his hobby. Thanks to Carl for valuating and taking the time to explain to us exactly what her father had purchased over the year and what we should insure them for. I also placed one of his pistol on consignment since the Ruger 22LR / WMR Single Six is the stainless version of my own. Once its sells I will be the proud owner of one of their many long rifles!! Everyone was extremely friendly and answered all our question. Highly recommend this local shop!!
This is an old-timey, family-run gun store; the kind I remember hanging out in 50+ years ago. Honest folks that take the time out to listen to what you have to say and, if they don't know an answer right off, are willing to take the time to look it up for you. Prices are very fair and they show you what your trade is worth in the gun price books. What a nice change from the normal, clique-y gun stores you find all over the country these days. If you aren't a "regular" at most places, you can't get proper service and if you are a newby, most places will make you feel like a dope or take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Shootin' Den is the best gun store I've been to in many years in many states. As good as the store itself is, it is the people that run it and work there that really shine. Check it out. It is worth the trip from wherever you are.
Horrible terrible service. There always hiring and I see why :(The staff is veryyyy rude!!!! especially the blond young man behind the counter.I took a watch to pawn in March of 2017 And he except to give 250 and he wanted to check if it was real, MINd you he still accepted the pawn. When i went back to pick up my 3,000 dollar watch he was very unprofessional and said his guy who looked at it said it was fake took my 250 + an extra 50 =300 in total made a big seen with his words and insulted me and my watch. I HAD TO PROVE THERE DUM ASS WRONG TOOK IT TO THE TICK TOCK SHOP WHO SPECIALIZES IN WATCHES :) MORE THAN 30 YRS EXPERIENCE. THE MAN SAID """IT'S REAL I HAVE NO CLUE WHY THE MAN A TOP DOLLAR WOULD ACT LIKE THAT......"Don't take your jewelry here they have fake appeasers and very unprofessional people working behind the counter.... DON'T GET JOOOOPED!!!!! PS THE BLOND GUY WAS MAD BECAUSE MY WATCH COST MORE THAN HIS PAY CHECK!!!!!
I had a great experience with these guys, they have one of the better guitar selections of any pawn shop. They have lots of stuff and guns. The guns were a little high on prices but ever pawn and used place mark there's up. Service was really good.
These folks are the real deal. Forget the big box yahoos. If you want a shop that knows guns, has guns, and can help get you set up proper, this is your spot. Sporting, yep. Self Defense, yep. Collector guns, yep. Smithing, yep. It's worth your time to stop in.
The staff for buying firearms and accessories were nice and pretty knowledgeable. I was there for the gunsmith, who was not helpful. He seemed as if it was an inconvenience for me to ask questions about my gun, and how to get it fixed. He offered no real help and I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
I consigned a shotgun with Hickman rifles that was modified by the previous owners. The owner looked up the value while I was there and told me what to expect. He had sold my shotgun in short order and fetched a top price even with the detrimental modifications. On top of that, his consignment fee was absolutely minimal compared to other consigners I had queried. He now has another of my shotguns on consignment which I expect the same results.
Nice shop, and gunsmith/machinist services are a added plus when looking for a used firearm (that you can count on to function) or gunsmith service done correctly at a reasonable cost. Frank has worked on several barrels for me with excellent results.
