I leased a Mazda 3 from Classic Mazda yesterday and was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Phillip Banh. He was very knowledgable and made every effort to be as helpful as possible. When my lease is up on my new Mazda in 3 years I will very likely return to Classic Mazda if Phillip is still working there.
Speedy service at an affordable price..I went to get 2 used tires for my car which sold for $35 each. The owner asked if I wanted to get 4 for $140 plus they would be balanced/rotated/and mounted. The tires were almost new. They're my to go guys when I need tires for my car.Very honest people! ..Good Job guys 👍
The customer comes first! They explain the service your car needs [in understandable terms] and why and how much it will cost/ approx. time to complete.Basic services and related prices are clearly posted and appointments can be made online. If the expertise required is unavailable, late night, you're told up front.Should you decide to wait for completion of service/ a ride the waiting area is designed for comfort!Spacious waiting areas are equipped with wifi, charging stations [iPad, cell phones...], k-cups & keurig, water, big screen tv's, and ample LARGE seating. You can use your time to catch up on personal business or...you might get so relaxed you could take a nap.
I have visit them and i liked very much the way they used to help me.They work so hard to help your to get your car.Prices are so lower comparing another dealership.
Dwight Doe was excellent as usual. Always ready to assist you and ensure that you have the minimum wait time. He is very professional and kept you informed... Thanks Dwight
This car purchase was a great experience. I purchased a 2008 car and even when the battery died they replaced it for me and made sure that it was running safe. Their hospitality was lovely and if i ever need to buy another used car I will gladly check there first.
When I went in for the service of my car, David Malcolm was a great help...everything was up to par. Clem, Dee, & Mike was also great when we decided to purchase 2 vehicles. The only thing I have a problem with was there was only 2 each that was striking to us, on the Accord Coupe was the one he has wanted for a couple of yrs now, it still needs to be checked out some more, mine was the backup camera was broken, it will be fixed on Sat. overall great job.. I want to thank Deneille Basualdo for her great help and patience, not to mention Mr Clem for being so patient as well with us.
I just had the WORST car buying experience of my life at Reed Nissan on West Colonial in Orlando. I have purchased over 40 cars in my lifetime and I've had my share of good and bad experiences. I know what to expect. The managers interacted with would the most rude, disrespectful, and discourteous individuals I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have purchased Nissan vehicles from Sutherlin and Universal. They were both much better to deal with. The advertised deal brought me in and I knew there would be fine print which made the advertisement a little sketchy but regardless the last two managers I dealt with there there are not worth ANY DEAL.Avoid Reed Nissan!
From the very first introduction (this was our first time to visit Classic Honda) to the completion of the repair work, we were ably assisted by Hubber Palucha. He is the consummate service advisor, carefully explaining the needed repairs, keeping us informed of the status of the repair, providing a loaner vehicle and fully detailing the repair work that was done. Hubber is exceptionally polite, technically competent, professionally skilled and genuinely friendly. I rate him in the top 1% of all the service advisers that I have done business with in the past 60 years! Well done and most appreciated, Hubber.
Mohammad Mirza was the sales guy I worked with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend Mohammad. Susan Hunt in Finance was also great.Thoroughly enjoying my new Mazda
