Extremely unhappy

We made initially contact with a sales representative Lito.

In that conversation he stated:

Most of my business is repeat and referral from satisfied clients like you. My goal is to provide you with the best service. You are going to love your experience with me.

Satisfied is the furthest from what I experienced with our interaction. We spoke with Lito several times throughout the day regarding a potential purchase. He initially acknowledged the fact that we lived a distance away and we are very busy with 4 kids. We were attempting to complete an initial qualification of the purchase over the phone given those initial acknowledged restrictions. We understand and recognize that no deals were going to be made over the phone, especially given we had a trade and it was a "sight unseen" situation. In the final conversation he had with my husband he stated that he was going to talk to his manager and get back to us. Yet, there was no response or phone call for the last 4 hours for which the dealership was open. I recognize it was a busy day for them, given the weekend and Black Friday, but I do not see this as behavior of someone or a company that is highly focused on customer satisfaction. In fact, this only portrays to us that our business is not valued in any way.

At this point, I would not give my business to the organization nor would I recommend their services to anyone in the community. Being in sales myself, I know that reputation and customer service is the only thing that truly differentiates yourself from your competitors. I am just appalled that this is not his or the companies focus.

With all this being said, I will make sure that everyone I know within the community is made aware of the service that I received to ensure that no one else becomes subject to this type of treatment. All that needed to be done was a basic phone call or email stating that our business was not wanted or that we did not qualify. That is how a reputable organization does business.
