Cardinal Xpress Lube

I went to this place to get my air conditioner checked and they said they would check everything out from electrical to the compressor ect. They called and said everything was pointing towards the compressor. They gave a price to do fix anything with the air and said they would have it fixed and ready to go Friday. Around 4:40 they called and said I needed a new condenser to be able to complete the repair and it would be more money even though that's part of the air conditioner unit. They said they wouldn't be able to work on the truck until Monday and our bill ended up being almost $1000.00 and the air only worked on one side still as they were told before. They said they had done their part and that there is a new problem that is not connected to the air and would be more money because they had to take the dash out and it would be an 8 hour job. Needless to say we took the truck somewhere else. As of right now, it is an electrical problem in the control panel of the heat/air which was supposed to have been checked. I called them and was hung up on once and the next time I called the guy just brushed me off and said have a nice day and hung up. These people cannot be trusted especially if you want your vehicle done right. They swindled us out of almost $1000.00 so I want to warn people against using this shady place.

I have taken my car to this shop a few times for an oil change. I'm pretty sure that I'll be going somewhere else from now on. That other review kinda pushed me over the edge. I had already been thinking about changing shops because everytime I've gotten an oil change there they spill oil all over the engine. Once my engine was smoking alot..we called them and they said not to worry it was probably just a little spilled oil. The spilled oil has happened everytime. I've never used them for any other services and don't think I will.

I took my car in for a simple oil change. Before I got home the oil light came on and the car stalled. I had it towed back to the fast lube/car repair shop and they told me my engine had locked up. They said it would cost $4000 to repair my car. I asked why th eoil light came on before the engine stalled and they just said they had no idea. I took it to another shop for a second opinion and they said the engine ran out of oil because the oil filter wasn't installed properly. I caled Mike's and asked them about the problem and they said no way it was thier fault and if I had a problem with them just try and sue them. Needless to say I am very disappointed and just contacted a Lawyer.
