Wish Upon A Star With US

My family and I used Wish Upon a Star with Debi Mitchell to book a trip to Magic Kingdom and the Disney cruise. If your like me you don't want to go on, or pay for a trip like this, without assistance from an outside party. Life is so busy and confusing at times. This is why I turned to Wish Upon a Star. Debi took care of all the planning and coordinating for this combined trip. She was accessible for questions anytime I had one, and was very professional and personable in her responses. The trip went on without a hiccup and we had a blast. Debi went above and beyond by securing us a limo as form of transportation to the cruise which was to our surprise! This was for sure one of the highlights of our vacation. Debi also did smaller things like a welcome gift and a gift basket of items upon our arrival to the cruise! These little details helped make our vacation truly a trip of a lifetime. I would highly recommend using Wish Upon a Star for any Disney travel needs!

Debi was amazing in helping our family plan our first cruise. I had no idea where to begin! She was quick to respond to my numerous emails, even while on her own vacation, and I had a LOT to ask. Debi really helped us plan our Disney cruise. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and since we were traveling with a 3 and 1 year old....I really needed help. She made life so much easier and really took away much of the stress of planning. Anytime I had a question, she was very responsive...even when her out of office reply was on. When I received her out of office, I just assumed I would need to wait for a reply (which didn't bother me) but she still found a way to reply! Even when I had a few little issues at the Disney Resort when we first arrived (on a Saturday), she was there to calm my nerves and replied to my email extremely quick! Then when we boarded the ship and got to our room, she had awesome little cookies waiting there for my kids...they loved them. I would definitely recommend Wish Upon a Star with Us for your Disney vacation planning!

Debi was fantastic with helping us plan our second Disney Cruise! She is very knowledgeable and awesome to work with! I have told numerous friends about her and they too have booked a Disney cruise through her and love her too! We will definitely be planning another Disney cruise w Debi in the near future!!!!!!!!

Debi helped us plan our honeymoon on the Disney Fantasy cruise. She was amazing to work with and helped us get a great room on the ship and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. It was the best vacation experience we've ever had and we hope to work with Debi again someday in the future!

Debi helped us plan our first Disney trip. She made in painless. She would answer questions any time/ any day. She asked questions that allowed her to get to know my family and made reservations based on our likes. My kids had the time of their lives.

Kim walked us through the Disney experience 100% from beginning to end. Planning a Disney trip can be intimidating. She gave great suggestions and even reminders on when to choose resterants and fast passes. I will definitely be calling her for our next trip! (Which will hopefully be soon!). The best part of using Kim, she made the entire family excited with a little gift before and after our trip. She made us all feel special!

Our family went through Kim to book our November Disney trip - she was cost effective, always there to answer questions, and I didn't feel as though she was trying to 'sell' us on anything - she was there to help us plan the vacation we wanted while keeping us well informed. We'll definitely use Kim again!

Kim was amazing helping my family (including my parents and my in laws and special dietary needs due to allergies) plan our week long trip to Disney. Kim was excellent at helping me plan our family's first Disney trip down to every single detail! She gave excellent advice, stuck to the budget we gave her and even had some "surprise and delights" for my daughter right before our trip. A truly GREAT experience!!!!

Debi was imperative to making our Disney trip great. I had tons of questions and she was so helpful in going above and beyond to answer them. She gave great suggestions on dining and fast pass reservations as well. We enjoyed the places she chose and our trip was just really great.

Traveling to Disney World can be complex--there are 4 parks, lots of hotels and restaurants, dining plan or not? It can be overwhelming. Or, you can let Debi handle the details for you. She made the trip planning so easy from explaining the fast passes and magic bands and making all the reservations. She is fantastic.

What a wonderful planning experience. Debi's knowledge and expertise made my life very easy as I was planning a surprise birthday/cruise for my daughter on her 10th birthday. We love Debi at Wish Upon a Star with Us. She has booked several of our Disney Vacations and each one has been flawless. She pays attention to every little detail, is completley organized and thinks of everything for you. I wouldn't plan a vacation to Disney without Debi's help. Debi helped us plan an awesome vacation last Fall. She was so generous with her time. I would HIGHLY recommend Wish Upon a Star with Us! My husband and I used them for planning our honeymoon and we were so happy with the trip! Debi really takes the time to get to know the person so that she can make the trip EXACTLY what your family needs! They also planned my Disney Alaskan Cruise that my mom and I were supposed to go on this year, and when we had to reschedule for 2014, Debi took care of everything and made it a breeze to reschedule!
