John Martin really made this a great Experience. The whole process from flying in to leaving took about 2.5 hours. We test drove the truck I picked it out online he went over all the features. I found exactly what I wanted at a very excellent price. The local dealers didn't have the bodystyle or drivetrain I wanted in a 2014 Sierra. I did find one close but it was almost $5K more! My initial thought was that it was too good to be true and the whole thing ended with me being very happy. I would recommend to anyone. The overall car buying experience was nice. We drove over 45 minutes to see a car we saw on the internet. We found a salesman, Larry Guthrie, who was very helpful. We were able to take a test drive and check the vehicle out. The car was very dirty on the outside but nice on the inside. It was missing a few things, but we were told that they would take care of that. The sales manager got us in and out...didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. First time I have ever been in and out of a dealership in less than 1 hour and 1/2. When driving the Traverse home, we noticed a few more issues. I called Laura Buick on Monday and was told to set up an appointment with service to get it taken care of. I would recommend this dealership!
Awesome Experience. Steve Rogers made me a great deal on my 2015 Sierra 3500 Denali, way under MSRP. I will definately be going back to Laura Buick GMC for all my future vehicle purchases!

On first impression these guys were GREAT they really know how to convince the buyer they are getting an awesome deal.I bought a used car from them..warranty is 3,000 miles or 3 months. We applied for extended and our auto loan provider "denied" it which I think is complete crap I believe they didnt want to offer me the extended warranty. So we surpassed our 3,000 mile mark and the van started giving us small issues-trac off light came on and abs light came on Im told its a sensor not a big deal Im working on getting that fixed.However we have now put on 7,000 miles and two oil changes and some how threw a rod. The shop repairing it is under true assumption that Jack Schmitt and his gang of scums put a heavy lubricant on it to mask the problem.Jack Schmitt will offer me NOTHING no discount on labor NOTHING at all and we have had it for FOUR months plain ridiculous. We are looking at paying at least 3 grand to repair this issue that shouldn't of been sold to us!
